-> Once approved, the system automatically generates an invoice. 

-> Upon payment, the maintenance team completes the work and updates the request status. 

-> Owners/tenants can close the request and provide feedback. 

-> The process continues until the service request is fully resolved. 

3. Quotation, Invoice & Payment Workflow
