The team downloaded this App to capture leads at an important exhibition!  The leads display well on the phone, but do not download or email with the full information.  The information it downloads is Barcode Red, Date, Time and name!  It doesn’t state where the contact is located, email contact, telephone, etc.  Absolutely pointless and a complete waste of our teams time as they now have to copy all 90 leads manually!!!

Offers the ability to send a csv file containing all leads via email but it does not let you press send in the top right (arrow is greyed out). Therefore useless as I will never have time to type them in 1 by 1 into a spreadsheet.

We would not use this app unless coerced into it because we are showing at an event. 

Complete con, paying 10,000’s to exhibit at an event only to find we have to buy additional licenses for this clunky app.

Basic UI issues show what a budget attempt this is. With keyboard overlaying login screens so you cannot see what your typing amongst other such basic coding errors.

Data export is a mess and does not export full details. Have to go through each record and type it out manually. 

Might as well just use a spreadsheet and save the cost and hassle.

Hard to use, ineffective, and emailing leads doesn’t work.

Tries to steer you towards buying a license for a hefty fee. Unclear where to scan badges. That option should be at the very top. But instead the shopping cart / license purchase is what they mainly advertise which makes it confusing and deceiving.
