## What is Future Connect?

Are you about to enter the workforce for the first time? Are you wanting to find out what support is available to you whilst you complete further study? Does your pathway include completing an apprenticeship or traineeship? Or maybe you are just not sure what you want to do. If this sounds like you, the Future Connect App for School Leavers is a must have tool built specifically for you! It is for young people to inform, empower and support them during this exciting but slightly nerve-wracking time as they move on from secondary school and take their first steps into a whole new world. 

 

Some young people know exactly what they want to do when they leave school and how they are going to get there, but for many it is a time filled with uncertainty. Leaving a secondary school setting where you are part of a tight knit community and moving into a big new world can feel extremely daunting. But you are not alone, you just might not know what support is available to you and where to find it. 

 

The Future Connect App for School Leavers has been developed to help you as you explore those next steps. The app has been specifically designed for young people and covers everything from career exploration, further education, advice on entering workforce, financial and agency support and much more.
