Worked great and fast compared to other hotels I’ve visited. ### 1/5 — Unbelievably Terrible *2026-01-27* I had to use Future Energy to charge at a Hilton Hotel, and let me make everyone aware: it has one of the worst charging and pay structures I've ever experienced. You pay for $20 in credits, that you then use to pay for charging, and that are non-refundable. The setup was a nightmare compared to similar services. I would advise people to also avoid hotels that use this disreputable company. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s understandably frustrating, especially when you just need a quick, simple charge while traveling. We also want to clarify that the credit-based option isn’t required to charge. They’re perfectly capable of just charging my card directly because they’ll do it in the event of an overage.
