If the money from my bank is getting debuted instantly then it is credit to the future play wallet also instantly. ### 3/5 — App crashes frequently *2021-12-02, version 10.9.5* The app crashes when you try to views transaction history. It is happening for more than a year now. Secondly, user is not able to see the complaints in app that are raised through customer care. Neither customer is getting SMS for the complaint number. ### 3/5 — Good service from BB. *2021-06-29, version 1.8.6* The application refuses to open during most of the day time saying 'DNS resolution failure'. I have written about it before as well but to no avail. Further order cancelation option isn't available in the application which should be made available. And sometimes it happens that stocks showing available but on ordering aren't physically there in the store so the order has to be canceled. ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2021-06-12, version 1.8.5* They will ask you for 1000 to issue membership card so that you get 200 per month for next 10 months along with additional details. But when you go to their store that’s mostly empty with not all items. Incase you don’t redeem your 200 rupees they will expire it. I ordered fruits online and the quality was super bad even though I paid the price more than the market. This is a pathetic app and they just want to take money from customers. ### 1/5 — Worst app for shopping *2021-06-06, version 1.8.5* I used to think only sarkari sites are slow and obsolete then I came to know about this app. This app is giving neck and neck competition to government sites and internet explorer. I will highly recommend you to download this app if you want to test your patience. And customer support is trying its level best to answer you call with the normal wait time of 1 hour, just call their complain helpline and listen their sweet melody, main udani bhar hi lunga, Mujhe pankh mill gye hain.. And sleep for like 1 or 2 hour when you wake up I believe you must be in 2nd or 3rd in waiting que.. Then you can wait for more time and try your luck to talk to a customer care person.. ### 1/5 — Lost my money on this app *2021-05-25, version 1.8.5* I have spent 1957 rupees to recharge my future pay wallet. The wallet was not recharged and money was deducted from my account. There customer support number is not working and I have sent an email to them which they did not reply. Now it’s more than 2 days. So I think this app deserves ZERO stars and please don’t use this app other wise you will lose your money ### 1/5 — Terms and Conditions on offer are not revealed *2021-05-22, version 1.8.5* They provide many offers and mention terms and conditions apply. But never ever show what are those terms and conditions. It could be like offer is applicable only when single mode of payment is used. They will say order online or visit story to avail offer. but when You call they say offer is online only. Either their employee is not trained or they are not honouring the offer.also gift cards can not be used online. The cash back could be given over the period time in instalment but not mentioned anywhere in offer. I think this issue is taken care in recent offer. ### 1/5 — No Track Order option available *2021-05-14, version 10.8.4* I’ve placed an order on 13th May which is supposed to be delivered by 14th May 2021 in between 8-10 AM. When I tried to check where my order is - I was shocked and amazed that there is no order tracking or My orders section in the application. Now it’s like I’ve placed an order and no all done ... they will now deliver whenever they will wish to deliver. I can’t track call or report anything because the app has nothing as such. Such a disgusting application. ### 1/5 — Profit club *2021-05-13* Money rs3600 was balance in my account of profit club but showing zero ### 1/5 — App having lots of Bug issue *2021-05-10, version 10.8.4* Whenever I search anything in the app it’s randomly going to some of the module. Example I have search for rice and it is showing something else. There is some issue in the backend the app server. Might be issue of the database connectivityKindly check back and server on all of micro service application is running properly. I have never expect this thing from this such big company is running his own app like a unprofessional way. ### 1/5 — 3rd class App *2021-05-09, version 10.8.4* Future pay group is fraud, I had ordered first time online grocery using Big Bazaar app. They promised to deliver in 2hours. I did not received my order and l did not receive any update about my order. Later on I cancelled the same still did not receive any refund. There customer care is pathetic, I waited more than 1 hour in queue and did not receive any satisfactory response from them. It has been more than 1 week no update.... ### 1/5 — Very bitter experience- Wrong billing , not giving offer effect etc *2021-05-05, version 10.8.3* Just try to cheat customers. Like not supplying all items as per payment , not giving credit to future for non supply of items, no way to find the items ordered with the price and the items received with the price. Can not compare ordered items, amount paid and items received . Not giving Cash back offer in future wallet , even not applying offer price. So only object just to fetching the money ### 1/5 — Worst Experience ever…will never recommend. *2021-05-02* Poor app response…they will get your payment with a delivery date and time commitment….which will never be fulfilled. Customer care call will at least take 45 mins to get connected. Very upset with future group product…will never try or recommend. ### 1/5 — Pathetic App and poor service *2021-04-30* I ordered for 2800 Rs to get 500 rs cash back but big bazaar billed for 2100 and put 700 back in wallet and gave 250 cash back Second time I recharged 1000 and 900 and not lost and refunded 3 days later. Third time transaction succeeded but this time the cash back was 200 for purchase for 1500. I shopped for 1800 and no surprise bill amount was 1478. No response on email and on hold on phone for 20 min and no one answered. Slow app. No proper features. Please see how good big basket is.... ### 1/5 — Nonsense app, worst payment system *2021-04-19, version 10.8.3* If you have a profit club card, no benefit of having it in this app. If your payment amount is more than 1000 you cannot pay partial payment using CC or UPI. How nonsense is this. I added some money in the wallet but still i cannot pay using it. Totally scrap.. how can this big brand not be able to implement a very simple feature in this app.. so frustrating.. I am going to use milk basket or big basket instead of this scrap app ### 1/5 — Incorrect details share to attract customers to join easy club membership *2021-04-14, version 10.8.3* In month of March I was told if I take the membership of Rs 999, I will get the Rs 150 in my wallet at the beginning of each month for next 5 months which I got on 1st April for the first month. Fingers crossed for remaining however no one told me if I take same online I will get Rs 200 for next 5 mona. Also it was told to me that the moment I join I will get Rs 250 in FBB wallet but nothing credited so far and it’s almost a month. When checked with store guys they can’t help as It’s from backend. Not sure why cheat customer or give wrong information. Also New members first visit your stores and see how often it gets replenished with new products when compared with local grocery store. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-03-28, version 10.8.3* First of all , I downloaded this to get the cashback in wallet ,and which I got thankfully . But when it comes to redeeming it , It’s Gng to be roller coaster for u . I do some online shopping to redeem it but after that u are no where like neither u can track nor u can be sure whether the product will be delivered to u or not even when it’s a prepaid order. I shopped at the store and the store customer help personnel said they would get my order home delivered in a few hours. After rigorous calling and following up, I still haven’t received my order. They keep telling me my order is out for delivery. When I call the rider, he tells me he doesn’t deliver for this area, I must be mistakingly calling him! The store only gave me that number! The entire management isn’t courteous enough to call back once to update about the delay! ### 1/5 — No Customer Care/Staff behavior worst/Website updates Nil *2021-11-23, version 10.9.4* You people put offers etc. we placed order and paid money through online, but from your side cancelled whole order no intimation nothing from at least customer care Dept. Refund initiated to 10 days later. Door delivery orders. We called and asked the customer care they said money will come after 7 days minimum. If we are comparing Big Basket or Amazon regarding quick refund immediately, they said you can purchase from them next in future and don’t buy from Big Bazar. They told you only one customer, we don’t bother about your issue. No fear nothing and your side mistake no stocks and cancelled the order refund after 10 days. Better to go for COD Primeminister’s Digital method loss for single citizen like me. But how you people are going to survive? God alone knows. Time will reveal the gifts. So many wallets 🤬who the hell would keep track of all such things and to be used in 30 days, else would expire. Request not take up such schemes, these are only beneficial to people working in the organisation and not general public. I have put in 1000/- and could use only 500, the rest are lose for me. ### 1/5 — Pathetic online shopping experience *2021-09-01, version 10.9.1* This is the 2nd time my order is delayed by 1 day. Furthermore, the executive stopped picking up my call when I made to know the status. Initially company claimed delivery in 2 hrs which amusingly ended up taking the whole day and now it claims same day delivery but wakes up another day for its job. The delivery person sometimes mark the items delivered way before delivering it and put the customers in absolute confusion. I am completely reluctant of being a patronage of BB if things continue like this. Alas! Money always stuck on the middle. Bank Account gets debited and money never gets added to wallet easily. And no one picks up the calls and no replies of mail. This is one of the best app of this category. They way they have designed this app is easy for anyone to use and take maxium advantage out of it. All good offers are available for customers and to get customer’s attention they have added quizes etc which is kind of unique in nature. One day I went to purchase in big bazar where I forget my credit card pin than I have transfer money on this platform within 15 minute I received balance with some extra money in my pay ballate I feel very relief. Its simple n easy to use and hence a layman can also get used to it very quickly. Best part is rewards and unconditional cashbacks (as compared to others and at times easier conditions for using reward money) I like the Credit note facility with longer validity in wallet as compared to the paper credit note. One big drawback is that the money in one store wallet like BigBazar. can not be used in another store like Central dispute of being from same parent company.
