Doesn’t work
I set up an account. I have a login but when i try to use the app it doesn’t log me in. Also my item sold and a label was never sent to me to ship my item. There is no customer service. I have no idea why my item said sold for weeks but i cannot collect on it or ship it to buyer. Obviously there is a lot of work to do on this app and it first starts with customer service

Can’t see any listings
I have no idea how to buy anything in this app. It’s basically totally blank with no menu or anything. Good idea in theory but super confusing (borderline nonexistent) interface!
Extremely buggy
The service is great - no complaints there. It definitely makes reselling things easier, especially lower value pieces where it isn’t worth the extra effort to list tons of places. However, the app is extremely buggy. I currently can’t list items imported from my email (one of the advertised features) because whenever I hit Post Listing, nothing happens. I have to go on my computer, meaning I lose the photos I took. I’ve also encountered bugs elsewhere with disappearing buttons and crashing. I really hope the team fixes these issues because it makes it hard to recommend.

Game changer!!
Seriously, how did I just discover this app? 😩 I’ve successfully sold many items since I joined Future Reference and I can’t go back to listing on other marketplaces anymore.
My Motivation to Resell
I downloaded this app not knowing what to expect - surely my clothes were only worth donating to Goodwill (which I’d get around to, at some point, maybe this year, maybe next) - but was pleasantly surprised to see a good amount of value for items in my closet I haven’t thought about for a long time. Love the immediate insights I got from just linking my email - fascinating to know which brands are in demand, which of my stuff has appreciated or depreciated. This is my spring cleaning’s secret weapon!
