I used to love this app and I expected it to take a bit while they switched banks, but suddenly they announced they're shutting down. No real explanation either. Screw these people.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. SCAM APP. They literally stole over $200 from me. They said they were making improvements to the app and would send leftover funds via mail and that was on APRIL 29. No money received. I don’t even know what to do, this is crazy. The app seemed very normal before this

been using it for about a year. The card and the benefits were great but now everything that’s even worth the time is behind a paywall. One of the things that I liked about the card were the cashback benefits on public transportation but now I need a membership to access that??? a membership for what???  to use a card???  also the store where you can redeem your points have been down for months and there’s no update when it’s going to be back up. I’ve been hoarding like 20,000 points and I don’t want to redeem it because some of the rewards were actually good.

In this day and age transfers from bank to bank are instant and easy. Future doesn’t participate with that school of practice and makes you wait until the next business day. And that is if the other bank posts it the next business day. Future I am closing my account for this simple reason.

It really was a great service that offset waste with some reward and benefits. Now it’s requires a monthly subscription to earn anything from it. No longer worth even having the card.

I understand money needs to be made but this is a money saving app, so for most people it doesn’t make sense to purchase a subscription. I like the app a lot but I think there should be at least 1 cashback opportunity for free users monthly. How can I recommend future card to people for money saving if all the benefits are subscription based?

The statements are routinely missing transactions posted towards the end of the month. After multiple chats with the support the issue is still unresolved. I need to have a correct statement to use as a proof of payment. The support ignores my messages and keeps resending me the same incorrect statement. 

I would stay away from this product. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable when it comes to financial transactions.
