Ich habe mir die App installiert, um hin und wieder kostenlos bei Kaufland in CZ zu laden. Dafür ist sie ok und für mehr habe ich sie noch nicht benützt.

Funktioniert hervorragend und super einfach. Wer tschechisch nicht versteht. Screenshot machen und beim Google Übersetzer mit der Foto-Texterkennung übersetzen. Ich war in 5 Minuten registriert.

Wir, meine Frau Tschechin, ich deutsch wollten in Tschechien unser E-Auto laden. Ging nur mit dieser App, die es tatsächlich nur auf tschechisch gibt. 
Nach der erfolgreichen Anmeldung, die ich selbst niemals alleine machen gekonnt hätte, lies sich unser Fahrzeug tatsächlich laden.
Da wir leider den falschen Vertrag ausgewählt hatten, da nicht ersichtlich war, dass eine Grundgebühr verlangt wird, versuchten wir, den Vertrag zu kündigen, welcher auch laut Anbieter innerhalb von 14 Tagen kostenlos gekündigt werden kann.
Trotz mehrfachem Anrufen und zwei E-Mails am 28.12 2021 kam bis heute noch keine Reaktion seitens des Anbieters.
Wahrscheinlich können die noch nicht mal englisch. Das hängt jetzt alles an meiner Frau und meinem Schwiegervater, das zu klären.
Bin mal gespannt, ob ich da ohne Anwalt nochmal rauskomme.

Eine App um Ladestrom zu verkaufen, die in keiner Fremdsprache sondern nur auf Tschechisch verfügbar ist, ist schon ein selten dämlicher Schildbürgerstreich. darüber hinaus verfügt der Stromanbieter über keinerlei Kooperation mit internationalen Lade-Stromanbietern. Schwache Leistung.

The fact that the there isn't at least an English translation, makes the app pretty useless for international visitors... Really sad :-( But at least the name of he app is in English... Jay...
