I am very impressed with this! It is so easy to use and takes a few seconds a day! I am paying premium and love the features! The AI tells me what I need to work on and give me motivation to keep going! I love the trends too! This is easily the best app I’ve used when it comes to self improvement, it is extremely simple and effortless!
