I’ve been sending letters on this app for several years now. I recently uploaded the new update and absolutely hate it. After I send a letter, I’m stuck on the screen that forces me to pay and you can’t exit out of it or go back to the original screen. I have to exit out the app and reopen it each time. I used to be able to upload a photo or video for free and now there’s this emphasis on paying. I hate the design of the new app. It just lost that sentimental feeling of sending yourself a future letter. I’m gonna start looking for a different app to send myself future letters on

I have been using FutureMe since mid 2018 and I have loved it. One of my favorite parts of it is how you could write unlimited FREE letters to yourself and you’d only have to pay if you wanted to attach a video or picture. Today I tried to write a letter to myself and when I go to send the letter it says I have to pay $2 to just send the letter!! I’m appalled and disappointed in them. I will no longer be using this app to send my letters. The devs have lost the plot and only care about money.

I’d rate it 0 if I could but i’m now coming to this app to write a letter only to find out I have to pay!?? Ridiculous back then it was free and I could write as many letters as I wanted to. Not to mention ads everywhere. I hate how the greed killed an app i used to love
