After taking 3 weeks to receive my first prescription, no one has been helpful in resolving my inability to book my “check in” for my refill. The customer service agent says, we’ve escalated your issue and you’ll hear back within 72 hours. I’ve never heard from anyone. Steer clear!

The service from day 1 has been terrible. They could not attach the email I was using to my account so I could never get a sensible response from anyone while looking for help. They could not fill my prescription because the pharmacy could not located my email address, and they did nothing to correct this. I ran out of medication between refills because they created such a delay in refilling the prescription due to their complete and utter ineptitude to listen to their customer to resolve the issue. They are now making it impossible to cancel the service for all the same reasons….telling me in order to cancel, just fill out the form attached when once again there is NOT FORM ATTACHED! This is their MO to keep you being frustrated and strung along. The absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve had from any app, let a lone a medical prover…What a joke of a company…AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The app does not function as advertised. There are no options in the app to get ahold of clinicians to set up appointments. My program plan disappeared from the app as well. Customer service runs you in circles with scripted responses and never offering resolutions. I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way shape or form.

First few months, no problem.  Month 4 app is not working for me at all. I have contacted chat, emailed numerous times and made several phone calls to no avail.  I was told they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and I’ve heard nothing. I paid for six months of medication, have only received three and I’m about to ask for a refund.

This app has not been working for DAYS. I have been unable to refill my prescription and “customer support “ is no help at all. They keep referring me to a link that sends you right back to this ridiculous app that does not work.
