I had an issue downloading my certificate and they were very quick to help me and resolve the problem. The training was high quality and easy to use.

This app is great, lots of professional courses available from my phone. A lot of opportunity to improve skills and a certificate that can be showed to an employer or agency. 

There looks to be over a 100 courses from well-being to personal development, medical procedures even COSH.  

The app is easy to navigate and use. Would 100% recommend.
