## What is Fuuta?

You did not forget your deadline. You just needed a moment to remember it.

Fuuta adds a short, intentional pause before the social media and video apps you choose. When habit takes over and you tap one of those apps, Fuuta shows the goal, deadline, and next action that you wrote for yourself.

You decide what happens next: close the app and return to your goal, or use it intentionally for a limited time.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Set a goal and deadline for study, work, job hunting, or a personal project
• Write one small action you can do in the next 15 minutes
• Choose distracting apps or websites individually
• See your own goal immediately before a selected app opens
• Choose whether to go back or continue intentionally
• Set the next check to return after about 1, 3, 5, 10, or 15 minutes of use
• Start a simple 15-minute focus timer
• Keep a private, on-device record of completed focus sessions

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Fuuta does not read posts, messages, searches, or browsing content. It uses Apple's Screen Time framework only to identify the apps and websites you choose. Your selections, goals, and activity records stay on your device and are not used for advertising or profiling.

Fuuta does not punish you or take control away. It creates one small doorway between impulse and intention—so you can choose again.
