Your voice is not easily heard on the receiving end. This app only works if you are communicating on speaker. It sounds like you are driving or there is wind in the background. De plus si l’appli pouvait parler FRANCAIS plutôt qu’ANGLAIS… Des coupures quand on se sert de FUZE avec le tél portable ### 3/5 — Mobile app user *2022-01-28, version 6.24* There is NO way to tell if someone is calling my department(they called my company and chose the voice prompt option 1, meaning they require restoration services, so everyone in my Dept’s phones ring and they can speak to whoever answers first bc that person is available to assist them) or if they are calling my direct Fuze number/extension (meaning ONLY my phone is ringing). So I have NO IDEA if I can wait for someone else to answer should I be in the middle of something else (helping someone in person for example). Also every outgoing call I make displays my DIRECT# on the customers caller ID. Instead of the main # for the company. So if they return a missed call on a day I’m off they think the entire business is closed. When I’m calling a customer about their job they should be seeing the main company number so they can call back if there’s issues or a question and actually be able to speak to someone. Not leave a msg nobody may hear for 3 days & think the company ignores them. Half the time my calls are sent straight to voicemail bc nobody recognizes my direct line number and have no idea why I’m calling. This is the phone software my employer uses and when someone can’t get ahold of me because my phone doesn’t ring, it makes it look like I’m not working when I am. I end up having to give out my personal phone number for business use which I really don’t want to do. The speaker button doesn’t work. They want so badly to not use Apple’s UI so they use their own which is buggy beyond belief. You click the speaker button and it does nothing most times. Even worst is that if you have speaker enabled and go to transfer to call back to the headset...lol, good luck! Most times, it’s stuck in speaker for the remainder of the call. Hang up and call back. You’ll be doing that to fix a lot of issues with Fuze. A lot of hanging up and calling back. A lot of times, you’ll pick up and neither person hears anything except a dumb Fuze sound for 3 seconds. 3 seconds is a longgggg time and super embarrassing for companies that use this for communicating with clients/customers. Extremely unprofessional and looks poorly for the company. A thing with using Fuze and desktop...it’s super convenient, not being sarcastic, that you can do both, but having Fuze open on both doesn’t give you notifications as it should. You’ll have calls and messages going unread and unanswered for hours before realizing you’ve had people trying to contact you. This is downright awful and I cannot wait until my company is finally rid of this. Luckily we’re using Microsoft Teams which is a thousand times better. Only upside Fuze has to that is that I get my own direct number. But again, what difference does it make if I don’t get notifications because Fuze is open on both my phone and desktop? Minor point about Fuze I loathe too, semi unrelated to this app, but just in general about their service....make it so I can actually close your app on Windows and not have to rely on Task Manager. And even then, I can’t truly do it through there because you guys did something to reopen Fuze immediately after force closing it. I have to do something extra. This is awful considering I can’t have both open and need to use Fuze on one device or another at my choice. Don’t get Fuze if you’re thinking about it. After using the app regularly for a week it froze my phone making it unusable. I couldn’t get it to shut off for an hour. This has happened to my two other coworkers so far. Other than completely making your phone useless, the overall quality is poor. The app when you call people or they call you sometimes will drop the call, or you can’t hear the other person or they can’t hear you. The sound seems generally fuzzy and sometimes will have delays. Can’t get problems escalated *2025-08-21, version 6.26.1* I don’t know if this is because 8x8 bought Fuze. My Fuze app does not receive calls fro my phone queue at work. My supervisor put in a ticket, and Fuze directed me to enter a problem on the app. So far nothing except Fuze telling us that it went to level 2 and now no one knows who we can contact for resolution. ### 1/5 — Bad bad bad *2023-12-22, version 6.26.1* This app is bad, dont let them fool you. Sometimes you completely miss the call because of the delay. It also is bad with sending notifications (even if it has permission). When you’re calling or answering, the call screen takes forever to pull up resulting in an awkward answering process. I used to have a Microsoft Teams phone extension for work and that was much better but my new company uses this for some reason.
