Have used many similar subscriptions before but found Fuzzie to be the best one yet in terms of the promotions and variety offered. The team behind Fuzzie also consistently provide prompt replies and amazing customer service. Feedbacks were actively sought from customers as they constantly seek to improve the app for user experience. I was also surprised to receive a call from the director himself who was very helpful when I had enquiries about some of the promotions, this shows the amount of dedication behind the management of Fuzzie. Whether you’re looking for fast food, casual cafes or fine dining, Fuzzie has a deal for it. In fact, Fuzzie’s reach extends beyond food to wellness, car servicing, home cleaning services and even music classes! Some deals are for discounted rates and some are completely free! The user interface is very easy to navigate as well. All the relevant information is presented on one page once the relevant deal is selected. In addition to many good food deals (30% off sbcd tofu house, Ambling kitchen, flippers, and free gifts from face shop, spa deals etc etc)- there’s a one time roadside rescue. The best thing of all is sharing the Fuzzie app and hence deals with your friends. Yesterday, my friends car tyre got punctured and she was stranded at west coast highway - I remembered seeing the one time roadside rescue on the app. Fortunately she also signed up for the app a few months ago after I shared the link with her. She used the roadside rescue provided within the app and got help to change her car tyre in no time. To sum up - Fuzzie is your local lobang king 👑 ### 5/5 — Great app to save money!! *2021-11-08, version 5.0.8* I was first introduced to the app by a friend, was very excited to start scrolling for deals, but to my surprise the app not only offers just food deals, but also deals from a variety of categories! The app interface is very clean and visually pleasing, the deals are fitted into many categories so it makes searching for deals quick and easy. I love that they added a “menu” tab for every restaurant deals so that you get to take a peep and plan ahead what you could eat and get a gauge of the pricing. The deals are very attractive and I like that I can search and discover deals in nearby places very quickly! Its definitely going to be my new go-to app when my friends and I can’t decide what to eat for dinner. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to start using! :) ### 5/5 — All-encompassing lifestyle savings app! *2021-11-08, version 5.0.8* Was introduced to Fuzzie by a friend and with just a few swipes, I have already spotted many merchants that I will frequent. Not much convincing was required to jump onto the bandwagon with the simple to use interface and all-encompassing merchants ranging from F&B to Healthcare/Dental and wellness and even Staycation deals!!! Not much effort is needed to incorporate the savings from Fuzzie into your daily life when there’s Subway and Burger King discounts inside. There are also merchants where you don’t see on any other savings apps like Flipper’s and Kazo to satisfy your sweet cravings. There’s also a 1-1 set deal for Aroma truffle chips which means $5 a bag for my favourite truffle chips, such a steal!!! Also, no need to queue at polyclinics to see GP anymore when consultation at selected GP clinics from the Fuzzie app is only $12!! A huge huge huge bonus is the complimentary treats like spa at Fairmont hotel with complete zero spending required, totally worth the subscription already! ### 5/5 — Game-changing app to save even more!! *2021-11-07, version 5.0.8* Downloaded the Fuzzie app and was amazed by its design as it was user friendly and eye catching. Explored the app for awhile and I love that it includes a variety ranging from food to home and living to cash vouchers. Lots of discounts and would definitely help in my spending habits! What’s even better are that fuzzie provides deals & services across all categories! From fitness, to food & beverage to even services my cat can enjoy 🙊 I can also discover what’s around the neighbourhood or what deals there are in general for me when I explore different places in Singapore. After keying in the OTP issued by the bank, the app crashed. Tried on my iPhone and also tried on my hubby’s android. Both crashed at same step. desperate to use the voucher to pay for my dinner, I decided to just use an existing credit card saved in the app. Ok, voucher purchased. But the moment I wanted to retrieve the voucher for payment, the app crashed again. Can’t sign in thereafter in both my hubby’s phone and my phone again. Now the purchased voucher and my cash back are both stuck with the company. Awful awful experience and a complete waste of my time using an app that’s SO FREAKING BUGGY. ### 1/5 — Errors and bugs, and slow *2017-07-31* It may say you will get 50% discount but actually get 15% due to coding errors. Be careful!!! ### 3/5 — Can be improved to cater to people with budgeted lifestyle *2021-12-03, version 5.1.1* Find this app more beneficial for people who are living luxurious lifestyle. If u often go to restaurants, spa or use high-end services, this will help you save a lot. For someone who lives a budgeted and simple lifestyle, most offers are not that attractive. I could probably get better offer elsewhere. For example cinema ticket they offer 30% off the original price. But I could get cheaper tickets on shopee flash deal or use shopback to get better discounts. Even for their dental and health member rates, it is similar or in facts one are even higher than some other dental or clinics may offer. Maybe their target clients are those who are willing to pay for better quality food and services. (Usually people who are mid management or above) Would be good if their discounts are more exclusive than others and more offers that caters to people with a budgeted lifestyle. This will make paying for their membership more attractive. Just saying. ### 4/5 — Good support *2018-04-02* App still needs work as I had experienced a couple crashes before but the current version seems good now. Also need to read fine print carefully as some gift cards are one time use and not stored value. That said, when I encountered difficulties every time I emailed them for help, they are ready and quick to reply with useful answers and also help me with issues i had in a purchase. They have quite a lot of Brands, shops and Restaurants so you can find around your area. I also got a River Wonder’s Ticket by 40% Discount and totally enjoyed it since we don’t have so much chance to visit there. You can find new experiences from Fuzzie and save the money !! ### 5/5 — Excellent dining options, STELLAR support team *2023-10-22, version 5.6.5* My husband and I both have our own respective membership account - it’s worth it even if you use it just for that ONE restaurant you eat at more than 6 times a year (limited vouchers, hence two accounts haha). Shout out to the main star of the show: Fuzzie’s stunning support team! Merchants who do not honour the vouchers and try to impose their own T&Cs are thoroughly investigated and swiftly put in place - just flag it out to the team! I even got a refund back from the team when they noticed I paid full price for a meal the merchant didn’t want to honor! There are many lifestyle apps and cards that offer great discounts, but few have the support to back it up when merchants go rogue. If you don’t want a tired response of “Sorry that happened, there’s nothing we can do about it”, go for Fuzzie! I have been using the app for awhile now and because of it, my boyfriend and I found this amazing steak and burgers restaurant at East Coast and we have lost count how many times we have been there !
