### 2/5 — Insanely frustrating

*2023-02-08, version 18.6.1*

I wish I had read more of the recent reviews before going with this over Vetster. Chatted with a tech last night and told I needed to come back in the am for a doctor to video chat with my pet. Tried again in the AM but there was an insanely long wait. Tried again in the evening and my place in the queue did not move. This is not 24/7 vet support or service and a total waste of your time unless you have hours to spare sitting around waiting to chat with someone- who may or may not even be a vet who can assist when you do.

### 2/5 — Absolutely not worth the 99$

*2022-07-09, version 16.7*

I got my answers that I needed which is a good thing but you wait for a few minutes or even hours before getting help and WHEN someone finally answers, they ask questions you already answered.
I didn’t get terrible service actually. The wait was a bit irritating, but do you expect out of an app?
As for the 99$ that keeps trying to be pulled from my account every other day?! That’s RIDICULOUS! I never consented to that. May I misread it and didn’t see it in the fine print, but now I can’t even unsubscribe. It just says “active subscription” and “inactive subscription” and above it says something like “we’re sorry, but your payment method could go through. Try and contact the fuzzy team or update your payment method.”
I’m gonna have to email them now because this is just crazy. It’s not too bad, 99$ for a years worth of chatting to who knows who?!
I can’t complain though, they did literally help save my dog. It’s not so bad, just that fee that you can’t unsubscribe from is just crazy and annoying!

### 5/5 — A MUST HAVE for all pet owners!

*2022-03-29, version 15.5*

Found this app through a friend and it has saved me a ton of stress and money. It’s well-worth having for all those times you aren’t sure of what to do, but you also aren’t sure if it’s worth a trip to the vet. I got to video chat with a vet in the middle of the night on a weekend. That after-hours ER trip would have been a long drive and hundreds of dollars. Instead, I got to take care of my dog in the comfort of my own home without the stress of a car ride or a vet trip. I can’t say enough good things about it!

### 5/5 — A God sent app. Very Happy.

*2022-03-02, version 15.3*

This is a great app. My cat had eye discharge and sneezing. So, I consulted the people on this app. Told me to buy Lysine and new bowls and some other things to help her immune system. In one day, my cat is different. Happy and healthier. I didn’t have to leave my house to see a doctor and pay something I couldn’t afford. When I saw a doctor in the past, they told me to buy this expensive eye cream that did nothing for my cat. The stuff recommended by the vet tech yesterday worked immediately. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Great service

*2022-03-01, version 15.3*

At first I was a little annoyed because it took some time to speak to a vet. I figured it wasn’t a legit app since it was my first time using it. So I hung up the chat. But when I checked my email I saw the vet wrote they were sorry and that the condition my cat had sounds like it can be treated at home. I went back on the app and spoke to a vet and they were amazing. I know, first world problems! But was super happy I was able to speak to a vet at 11pm without having to spend hundreds of dollars at the emergency room. Would totally recommend this app! Joelle

### 5/5 — New and five stars so far!

*2021-10-29, version 13.8.1*

Just found this tonight and so far have received the best care, time, and friendly advice! My cat and I have ordered something tonight to try. We are really hoping it comes very soon for relief from fleas! They said it is oral, so I don’t know if it is a liquid or a treat, so I hope it is a tasty treat for kitty! 😻 I am just happy for the discount, and the same medicine I have used in the past that cost me much more and I trust and know works extremely well! I have a very nervous kitty, and also got some very sound advice for this and a recommendation for another product of aromatherapy to help him which I think I may try soon, too. Thank you, Fuzzy, for everything tonight. I love your name, and appreciate all of your help! It was a pleasure to meet and talk with all of you!!! 🤗❤️🐾🐈‍⬛

### 5/5 — Best app every, seriously.

*2021-10-25, version 13.8*

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. I’m a very anxious person and I always feel like there’s something wrong with my dog. This app allows you to text real vets and let them know your worries and they WILL HELP YOU! They send you links, talk to you, and really get to know you and your pet. Fuzzy gives me a piece of mind. They definitely care about they customers and your babies!!

### 5/5 — Fuzzy

*2021-10-11, version 13.7*

This group is incredible. When I signed up I sent profiles of all my cats with history. The Vets or Vet assistants are available 24/7, and when I call I have a very short wait while the vets review my cat’s history and any previous chats we have had about the cat. They give however much time I need with professional advice tailored to that particular cat’s needs, and lots of compassion and support. I’m having a difficult time right now as one cat is probably nearing the end of his life and, if they don’t hear from me, they text and ask how my baby is doing and reminding me that they are there for me and my cats. I couldn’t be more grateful to have them them there for me and my precious kitties.

### 5/5 — Must have pet app!!

*2021-10-05, version 13.6*

I was dog sitting and unfortunately the dog got into a few things that he shouldn’t have, I was ready to rush him to the hospital but upon googling animal hospital this app popped up first and I decided to try this initially. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to talk to a professional and they were able to give me enough information and potential symptoms/warning signs to monitor. I was given enough information and reassurance to avoid a 2am visit to the animal hospital. They even reached out the next day to make sure no symptoms were present. Whenever I get a pet myself, this app will be a must have! 10/10

### 4/5 — Helpful for quick tips!

*2021-07-02, version 12.2*

I got the free week trial and could immediately consult with someone about my dog who had injured her nail/claw. They got back to me almost immediately and were very nice! You can input your dog’s medical records but you don’t have to. They ask questions about the pet in question and try to help as much as they can before suggesting you take them to a vet, if further treatment is needed.

I got this app because I couldn’t find what I was specifically looking for online and needed more of an expert’s opinion. I am glad they were able to help with my dilemma.

### 2/5 — Quick warning

*2021-02-28, version 11.6.2*

Downloaded this app because I have a dog and my father refuses to take her to the vet even though numerous problems have arisen with the dog. Thought I could ask an online vet what I could do and some further question when I have an issue in finances and stuff for the vet care and if the issues in my dog are serious. The app isn’t free. You make an account and it asks what type of plan you would like to have to pay for the service. While I’m fine with that, it was not free so I had to turn this app down and I still don’t know what’s up with my dog sadly.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — You do NOT get vet care in minutes - it’s hours

*2023-02-06, version 18.6*

5am needed vet care in minutes. Paid, was given a 5 minute estimate. 1 hour of waiting later, got a message it would be 10 more minutes. Another hour later a vet tech gets on the chair finally and says it will be a further 1-2 hours to speak with the vet and do I want to get in the queue. How had I not been in the queue if I was already waiting 2 hours, was my first question. Overall, feels like a scam. They promise vet care in minutes but lied about wait time and I ended up being pushed back to see a vet until regular business hours. I lost hours of sleep staring at my phone waiting for them to chat me because of the awful chat system, it does not alert with sound or vibration when you get communication from them. If you need quick attention or attention in the middle of the night look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Not Helpful

*2022-08-07, version 17.0*

This app is not helpful. From the ads I was under the impression I could get vet care. My dog started having issues of what we thought was a possible UTI early Sunday morning. Vets are closed and the emergency vet near me had a 8+ hour wait. So we tried this app hoping they could help. They can’t prescribe meds. They were nice and sympathetic but can’t prescribe meds and wanted me to buy a test that would take 1-2 days to get to me. Like I said- the vet we spoke to was nice and they gave some suggestions but the ads for this app are a bit misleading.

### 1/5 — Not at all like human telehealth, just try to sell you stuff

*2022-03-09, version 15.3*

I thought fuzzy would be useful for minor dog issues like pink eye or skin problems without having to trek into the vet, like telehealth for pets. So I paid for the membership. I’ve used the “telehealth” feature on Fuzzy now a handful of times for minor issues and every time they just tell me to 1) go see the vet 2) try to sell me a “band aid” product on their website (collar, supplement). I don’t understand why they can’t just prescribe eye drops or skin topicals or whatever easy thing that the vet is going to do anyways, but I’ll have to pay again. Especially since they have a pharmacy feature. The membership is useless, save your money.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-01-22, version 14.9*

I was told it was a 1 minute wait, then continued to wait for 2 hrs. I had sent IN DETAIL all the information regarding my cat, including photos. When I FINALLY got a response, they just kept asking questions I had already answered. A lot of people on the comments have had trouble unsubscribing, so here’s how to do it: on the top left corner of the screen there’s a white circle with 3 green lines, click that to open the pet profiles, click on setting (on the bottom), it’ll take you to a page that allows you to manage membership. CANCEL IT. this is absolutely not worth anyones time, it’s more frustrating than anything especially because you will not gain anything of substance, nor will they actually READ what you sent them (you’ll just get generic responses). Again: TERRIBLE

### 1/5 — Didn’t help me at all

*2021-10-07, version 13.6*

What’s the point of the app if the professional is going to tell you to take the pet to the vet, mind you they asked for pictures, I sent them. I was as detailed as I could be just so that the end result was “ you should take your pet to the vet “ what the heck was the point of all the pictures you asked and all the details. Literally waisted my time this app is useless I should have just took my pet to the vet. It’s 12:00 A.M where I’m at right now so I was trying to get fast results and still take him the next day but I was told something I already knew… thanks allot… whoever came up with this bright idea remove it from the App Store it’s completely useless.

### 1/5 — If you are looking for a second opinion, this is not it

*2021-09-30, version 13.5*

First session I had was great! In fact I was all prepared to subscribe for the year until the second session when they informed me they will no longer be discussing my pets treatment because she IS ALREADY IN THE CARE OF A VET and therefore, they won’t be discussing anything regarding treatment.

I was looking for another brain to pick so I could better advocate for my pet’s care. I asked them what we could discuss if not regarding the care of a pet, they said only general advice. Save your money because researching on the internet and reaching out to support groups such as “canine kidney disease”, you could easily find better informed experts who could guide you better. These support groups also have experienced pet parents who have a wealth of information to share!

### 1/5 — DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

*2021-09-15, version 13.2.1*

Customer service, asks a lot of misleading questions. If I wasn’t as knowledgeable about the breed of cat I have, I would be talking to this person for hours maybe. All they do is ask questions, and do nothing when you give them all the answers. They just ask more questions. I’m truly mad that I’m paying about $20 + a month for this garbage. Fuzzy is a waste of time, it is a PURE SCAM. I had a lady name Erin, she made it very difficult, to the point where I just ended the conversation. This will be the last time I pay for a subscription to this app. I would rather just go to the Vet and save the headache. Around “TRUSTED “”PROFESSIONALS””

### 1/5 — Automated Copy and Pasted Responses

*2021-07-23, version 12.3.2*

I downloaded this app initially because it popped up in google when I searched for a vet that was open to help me in the early hours of the morning. I have a brand new puppy and I was concerned with his health with something he ingested/had in his mouth. I received what felt like automated responses from essentially outsourced customer service reps in another country. While not actually helping me with my initial concern, it felt as though I was talking to a robot and they were trying to move the conversation away from the initial reason I chatted them. They expanded on things that aren’t a concern or relevant. It definitely felt there was a major language barrier. On top of that, I also received a copy and pasted response in the middle of a conversation that looked as if it was sent to someone else. It was also poorly written and had many typos. I do not recommend this app because you can’t trust who is helping you. They don’t care about helping you, it’s just another manufactured customer service app churning out responses as fast as possible. If you are inept and don’t know how to use google, and know absolutely nothing about animals, then sure, this app might be minimally helpful to you. Otherwise stay away.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2021-05-26, version 12.0.3*

Used to be good now you have to go through one customer support person before getting to a vet. The customer “support” person gives misleading info to get your hopes up then won’t connect you then makes personal accusations and lets you know that they have all your personal info (vaguely threatening). Won’t transfer you to another associate or a manager. When you ask for help they fixate on personal grudges . I was mad they tried to upsell me with lies and falsely giving me hope I could connect with a vet like normal all when I was worried about my pet so Yes I used a rude (not profane) phrase and they continued to focus on that rather than moving on and helping with my issue and accused me of using profanities when I did not. Yes I was rude but I was very annoyed and I don’t know what to say..: I would be more apologetic if the customer support person was more professional and helpful rather than trying to fixate on personal arguments and prolong them..: Yikes!!!

### 1/5 — Worst service ever!!!

*2020-05-25, version 10.0*

I signed up for this because the first month for 10 bucks seemed like a good deal until the first month ended and still no meds, I was going to cancel my subscription but chose to give them a second chance and let them charge my account for the second month. I’m almost at the end of the second month and I finally checked up to see what was going on they told me they never shipped anything to me because I had tried to cancel my account even though it was never actually cancelled.
Worst service ever not worth it at all!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — cannot rave enough about this app

*2022-12-17, version 18.2.2*

If you have a doggo, download this app asap! I personally couldn’t afford to do hospital visits every month with my dogs old age. I tried out this app, and within minutes a qualified vet assistant helped me through what my doggo needs. Very understanding and actual solutions to problems for the fraction of the price. She also assured me that she would check up in 7 days to see how it’s going.
Highly recommend to everyone, it’s great to have and my doggo is already feeling better!

### 5/5 — I’m so impressed

*2022-11-28, version 18.1*

I am in the medical field and I have never been so impressed with a telehealth system. We all know how important it is to get helped for our human loved ones when we can’t get them to a doctor but our animals should have the same type of help. The knowledge and professionalism behind the staff at Fuzzy has put me so much at ease today when I couldn’t get my dog to the vet. Work and life shouldn’t get in the way of helping our animals in need. Thank you Fuzzy! I’ll be a retuning customer!!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver!

*2022-11-04, version 17.8.1*

My vet didn't have an opening for weeks and no one is taking new clients. I decoders to give this a try and with a chat with a vet tech and then a video call with the vet, I had antibiotics sent to my local Walmart for my cat. She wouldn't have had a chance without the help of the vets from Fuzzy. Thank you all so much!

### 5/5 — Help when you need it most

*2022-09-27, version 17.3*

I came across Fuzzy while searching online for solutions to help with what I thought was a uti for my 10yo American bulldog. Her regular vet couldn’t see her for a week and I didn’t feel comfortable waiting that long. I really appreciate that they don’t require you to sign up for a monthly service if you’re not able to. I got a same day virtual consult and the vet was able to diagnose and treat my dog all in the same day. I should have the medication in a few days and my fur baby should be on her way to recovery, or at the least getting some comfort and relief until I can get her in to see her vet. Overall my experience was affordable, easy, and really eased my concerns. Plus I didn’t have to shell out a couple hundred dollars taking her to an emergency clinic!

### 5/5 — FANTASTIC BUSINESS!!!!!

*2022-09-07, version 17.2.3*

I had an amazing experience with Fuzzy and am so grateful I found them. We live in a mountain town in Colorado that is very rural and getting our pets to the veterinarian is not always an option. Fuzzy made it easy to get my dog the proper treatment for his paw and I am in total awe of the experience. Dr. Currier was very friendly and took the time to go over my pup’s health in detail. The customer service there is exemplary and everyone has been extremely helpful. They also offer annual plans for an extremely reasonable price and it covers all of the pets in a household!! They even offer a one time consultation option for $15 - I originally signed up for this but I am switching to the annual plan. They give out coupons for successful referrals, too. I cannot say enough good things about this company. 150% satisfied!!!!

### 5/5 — LIFESAVER!!

*2022-08-04, version 17.0*

I never leave reviews but this app is amazing!! I have an elderly dog with back problems and normally when the weather changes he suffers from extreme back pain and can’t walk. I was freaking out cause I couldn’t afford to take him to the vet or hospital and was googling sources and came across this app. The Drs were Amazing and gave me great advice they were able to contact the vette to refill his prescriptions. The only thing that sucked was it took a couple days to get approved but they gave me suggestions on what he can take for the pain and it worked. When I ordered the medicine it came within a day and it was in a cooler with cooling pads and they even included a toy for my dog!! He is now doing so much better and back to normal I am so thankful I came across this app

### 5/5 — Amazing for the midnight scare

*2022-07-20, version 16.8*

All veterinary offices were closed and I was so scared because my dog began showing weird symptoms. I was immediately connected to someone who calmed me down and we went over everything patiently. They had me send photos and videos to help, and with that we were able to address possibilities and what is best regarding next steps. I would definitely recommend this app

### 5/5 — Saved my Dogs life!

*2022-07-19, version 16.8*

My dog had been sick I thought it was from getting into some table food but because he could not shake it and seemed to be getting worse I used the app and the vet tech that talked to me told me that I needed to take him to the vet immediately it turns out our bug lady had put rad poison in my sons room with letting me know where she put it so after the the mouse that we were trying to get rid of died I got up all of the poison I thought except in my sons room and my dog ate it he was dying if it wasn’t for the vet tech telling me to taking him immediately to the vet he wouldn’t be recovering today
Note to everyone out there do not let anyone talk you into using rat poison when you have pets I did not know that even if your pet eats the dead rat or licks the poison it can make them very Ill
I had gates up I clean what thought was all the poison and it was still not safe

### 5/5 — Kittens paw smashed in door

*2022-04-08, version 15.6*

My teenage daughter accidentally smashed her kittens paw in the door. She immediately panicked. Although our kitten seems fine we wanted reassurance. I found this app and immediately downloaded it. We were able to send a video and a picture of our kitten to show how she was feeling. We were given great suggestions to help her and also advised we will receive a follow up chat in two days! I will definitely recommend this app if you’d like to save money on bet costs.

### 5/5 — Great telehealth

*2022-04-06, version 15.6*

If you understand what this is, you’ll know how great it is. Those that don’t like it are the ones that just don’t understand how it works. Sometimes, a vet must put hands on your pet. But, if this can guide someone until they can talk to their own vet or reassure them, totally worth every penny. It’s truly like having a friend that works at a vet.
