The chips I got from the store are worse than one week old tortilla chips from Chilis. Food is great and so is the queso but the chips will let you down every time. I just spent $22.66i which should be 226 points but instead I received 143 points. Not cool Fuzzys. 12/9. Update. Still randomly screwing me out of points. Ridiculous 12/13 Seems I’ve angered the app gods because it will not allow me to scan any receipts now saying I’m only allowed 3 receipts per 24 hours. Haven’t been there in days and they only give you three days to redeem. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Broken App *2026-07-25, version 6.1* This app is terribly broken. I got to the end of ordering and went to pay and the app kept giving me an error that it could not verify my basket and would not let me continue to check out. I had to go down to the store and order directly after waiting in line for 20 minutes. When I told the person taking my order at the counter that the app was broken, they responded with “we’ve been having all kinds of issues with the app”. So obviously they are aware of the issue. It seems to have been broken for awhile so I can only guess they are not able to fix it or just don’t care enough to fix it. ### 1/5 — Points are confusing to redeem *2026-02-21, version 6.1* I constantly waste points ordering online because this app is confusing to redeem them. To redeem them in store is one method and to redeem with online ordering is another method. However the app prompts you to use the in store method for online ordering and you cannot cancel point redemption if you select the wrong method. It needs to be clear to not select unless you are in store. Tried a number of approaches, including inputting the whole order again and got the same message. I have a stupid amount of points saved up and enjoy how easy it is to use the app. However when I went to reorder my usual order like I have for years it says mean and cheese burritos are no longer available. So I now have to call in my order or order in person making the app useless and I can’t get points. They closed all of the ones in my area, so now when I go out of town and see one I try to go. I tried the new Fuzzy’s and Marqs but it’s not the same. I hate the new ones. The food doesn’t taste the same, especially the cheese dip.
