The new update is preventing the ability to accept photos taken out checks for Mobile deposit. The pictures are clear and readable, but it still will not accept them. This has never been an issue before, and of course it happens over the holiday

Set up Zelle and unable to use it no matter how many times I try. Bill pay, ALSO always giving me an error message and saying it’s “unavailable” making it impossible to transfer funds in real time. Extremely frustrating

It is not a good app. When making transfers it sometimes gets stuck in thinking mode and I have to turn my phone off and on to reset it. Last time I could not find my transfer and could not reach anyone till the bank opened up.

It would be nice if I could see my balance without signing in.

It is a decent app but it sometimes lags behind and mixes current balance with available balance. When making transfers it sometimes get stuck in thinking mode and I have to turn my phone off and on to reset it.
