## What is FVR presenter?

FVR Presenter is a professional field reporting tool built for the Office of the Commissioner, Karachi Division, Government of Sindh.

Officers on the ground capture geo-tagged field visit photos with location, time, and coordinate overlays. FVR Presenter reads those photos using AI, extracts every data field automatically, and generates a polished, ready-to-share PDF presentation for review meetings and official reports.

KEY FEATURES

• Smart AI Extraction — Automatically reads the address, GPS coordinates, altitude, compass direction, and timestamp from each Field Visit Report photo.

• Instant Observations — Writes a clear 2-3 sentence observation for every location, describing encroachments, waste dumping, illegal structures, and cleanliness concerns.

• Professional PDF Export — Generates a beautifully designed A4 landscape PDF with a cover page, government branding, and one styled slide per location.

• Drag-to-Reorder — Long-press and drag any image to rearrange the order it appears in the final PDF.

• Batch Processing — Analyze up to 10 field images in a single report with live progress tracking.

• Offline Capture — Select and organize images without internet. Only the AI extraction step needs a connection.

• Full Editing Control — Review and edit every extracted field before generating the PDF.

WHO IS THIS FOR

FVR Presenter is designed for field officers, inspectors, and administrative staff who need to document site visits and produce professional reports quickly. It saves hours of manual typing and formatting, letting teams focus on the field work itself.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

The app works with photos captured through geo-tagging apps like Timemark Camera, which stamp every field visit report with verified location metadata. FVR Presenter reads this metadata directly, ensuring your reports are always accurate and defensible.

PRIVACY

All images and data stay on your device. Photos are only sent to the AI service for the brief moment of extraction. Nothing is stored on external servers.
