This is not a user friendly system. We can’t get all 3 light systems on the app . It’s horrible. Please update so it’s more user friendly

I spent way to many hours trying to connect the app to my phone . I followed all instructions. I rebooted my WiFi and nothing .

Is there an alternative to this cr@p?!?!
Never got my lights to connect and today all I have is a black screen.
Terrible and makes my lights unusable.

Troubleshooting 

Please try again, if the problem persists, please try:
1. Restart (power off -> power on) the smart device.
2. Move the smart device close to the router and try again.
Cancel

No2 - you want me to move my decking lights installed next to my router - joking right???

If anyone can suggests better app please let us know.

Product now rendered defunct after changing to a different Broadband provider. 
After changing from Sky to Vodafone Broadband this device will not connect stating incompatibility etc. 
Suggest the App needs to be regularly updated otherwise this App is rendered useless!

Simply will not recognise the device in the app despite the phone being connected to the device's WiFi network.

This app was great, and gave excellent control over the rope lighting it was connected to. Seems like it has been updated, and made much simpler, a serious downgrade in my opinion. I had several custom “scenes” set up, and my latest login to the app now shows a watered down experience and all my saved presets are gone. Mildly annoying, but the fact that I now have less control and can’t reset my presets as I had them and wanted them, it’s infuriating. I originally bought the light for the ability to customize it the way I wanted, and now it seems that’s gone.
