After over a dozen replies, I still got the same scripted answers, check your spam folders, our systems are working okay, got to the point it was farcical when I received exactly the same reply I had 24 hours earlier. Unfortunately I couldn’t laugh given the thousand of dollars I spent on tickets In an act of desperation I changed my password and I received the confirmation email, why? I could at last access my tickets No thanks to FIFA ### 1/5 — App so bad, I decided not to go to the game *2026-06-29* Was ready to spend $5000 on tickets through a site that I’ve previously bought thousands of dollars of tickets for elaborate concert and championship sports events, but learned I needed to use this app. The app does not work in any intuitive way. It keeps asking me for my phone number after I’ve repeatedly entered it,isn’t smart enough to add the plus sign itself, and won’t let me proceed without it. Any button you press takes you outside the app to a website that doesn’t know who you are. I gave up after the third time it forgot my phone number, because I’m not risking losing $5000 because I can’t get the app to work. Will watch the game at a bar instead. The hospitality cannot be transferred on the app. There is no QR code until the day of the match. Basically make it extremely hard to resell them. Unfortunately I can’t attend the event and now super hard to resell. When I tried to give the buyer access to the account, it says maximum devices allowed. Then there is no place on the app to unregister device. Extremely frustrated! Bought tickets on 6/12. The email we received said tickets would be available 6/30. We checked 6/30 when we got the email that said “your tickets are here! Accept them asap” and the tix were available either on the FIFA tickets app or on the website, associated with the email used to buy them. We checked both. Both said “we have no tickets for you.” Checked on 7/1 as we were scrambling to get from the Seattle airport to Lumens. No tix available, and we were bounced from one platform to the next. Husband discovered at the box office that the seller TOOK BACK the seats on 6/25. Five days BEFORE we were told we would receive them. FIFA made this unnecessarily difficult by not just letting the ticket sellers send the tix via their technology. Seat Geek would have been far easier to work with. Now we are trying to get our money back for tickets we didn’t receive for a game we didn’t attend, which was supposed to be a bucket list experience for our son who is an avid soccer fan. Do better, FIFA. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing app for FIFA *2026-07-02* Got the app for tickets of course. I got 3 tickets . The first 2 same game no issues . The third is a 3rd round ticket , was on my app , then decided to sell it on their resale platform, my ticket didn’t show on the app as put to sell , it didn’t sell so I wanted to get it back and I did but didn’t show up on my tickets , I got the emails that I had done those transactions but they didn’t show on the app. I put them back and took them out and finally after resetting password they are in my app ### 1/5 — Painful experience *2026-07-01, version 4.2621.1* Cant believe in this day of GenAi a multibillion dollar corp has offered this app. A simple usecase of ticket transfer and downloading ticket took me around 4 hrs with multiple calls to support and partner support ### 1/5 — Fail *2026-07-01, version 4.2621.1* Summary: 90 minutes of wasted time and still no tickets. I bought tickets from Stubhub. Then was told I would have to wait a few days for the ticket transfer. Which is not a good start but that's on Stubhub not FIFA. Now we are two days out from the match. Got an email saying the transfer was originated. But to accept I need to create a FIFA account. During the account creation and verification, the website crashed several times and I needed to re-verify four different times and reset passwords. But that's not enough. FIFA wants you to download their app, and re-register on the app. Including the same verification process. So fun. Then when I finally got the app downloaded and it recognized my email, it says I have no tickets. No tickets completed and no tickets pending. There is no readily available help, just FAQs. You guys need to transfer those tickets to a different account (Wife,Husband,Son, Daughter) log in on your account on your browser and have them make an account on the app first so they stay signed In and send them to their email that they used to open the new account they will receive a email and follow the instruction and BAMM YOU GOT YOUR TICKETS !!! ### 5/5 — Worked better than expected *2026-06-16* I was apprehensive. Bought mine on StubHub and was confused about the whole process I received emails about (confused as to “why this way” - not what to do). You will receive two emails after your purchase that tell you the tickets are ready, one from FIFA and the other from StubHub. You must create an account on the FIFA site to accept the tickets. Once you do that and login, they show up instantly. They will NOT be in your StubHub app. Then you want to download the FIFA mobile app and login in, and your tickets will be there. ### 5/5 — Impatient reviewers *2026-05-23* My tix showed up 24 hours after installing the app. The negative reviews are either from people who believe it would be instant or from people who were defrauded. ### 5/5 — Easy to use, complete ALL steps before downloading *2026-05-22* Tickets appeared for me 24 hours AFTER installing the app - be patient. It can be slightly complicated to claim your tickets if you bought through a third party such as StubHub. BEFORE YOU CLAIM YOUR TICKETS YOU MUST CREATE A FIFA ID WITH THE SAME EMAIL. Again, if purchased from a third party, you will receive an email saying to “Accept your tickets”. Do this immediately after setting up your FIFA ID. You will then see your tickets appear in your FIFA Marketplace.
