Forward by Fernwood is free to download. Access to training and nutrition plans requires an active subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial when they start a subscription.

Available subscriptions:
• Monthly (billed each month)
• 6-Month (billed once at the start of each 6-month period)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off at any time by accessing your account settings after purchase.
