I love the app….and the option it gives you to update your performance daily. The reminder are help. So far I am down 3.8 pounds and I’ve only been using it for a month.

This app has it all. Sports performance programs for most sports. Programs for those that used to play sports. It covers your nutrition needs and educates you a long the way. If you are looking to take your performance to the next level this is a must!
