## What is FX Pocket Lite?

FX Pocket Lite is the companion app for the FX Pocket Chronograph, a compact Doppler radar device that measures projectile velocity with precision.

Instant Velocity Readings
See your shot velocity the moment it is fired. The app connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to your FX Pocket Chronograph and displays readings in real time. Toggle between feet per second (fps) and meters per second (m/s) with a single tap.

Energy Calculations
Know the impact energy of every shot. Enter your projectile weight and the app automatically calculates kinetic energy in foot-pounds (ft-lbs) or joules. Perfect for tuning your airgun or verifying compliance with field limits.

Session Statistics
Track your consistency with automatic statistics:

Average velocity across all shots
Extreme Spread (ES), the difference between fastest and slowest
Standard Deviation (SD), your shot-to-shot consistency

Shot History
Every shot is logged with its timestamp and velocity. Scroll through your session to review individual shots, identify outliers, or track changes as you tune your setup.

Session Management
Save and review past sessions. Compare your performance across different days, pellet types, or power settings. Each session stores all shots with full statistics.

Nine languages

FX Pocket Lite now speaks Czech, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish. It follows your phone's language automatically, or you can pick one yourself from the globe button in the bottom bar.

Numbers and dates that look right

Speeds, energies and weights now use your own decimal separator — 874,3 m/s where that's how you'd write it — and dates follow your region's format.

Metric by default where it belongs

Outside English, a new install starts in m/s and joules rather than fps and ft-lbs. If you've already chosen your units, nothing changes.

A quick intro on first launch

New to the app? It now walks you through connecting the chrono, entering your pellet weight, shooting a string, and reviewing sessions — plus the two things it can't check for you.
