Thank you very much. ### 3/5 — Game Changer of a Product but… *2023-11-26* Please for the love of god make a better way of exporting all the data including the BCs of single shots! You’re the only product on the market to date that calculates BCs so let us use that data to make our shooting and loading better. You have the data already in the app but the export doesn’t include any of it. I’m having to write down each of the BCs per shot to do any calculations in excel. They have been added to our request list. ### 2/5 — Please talk to me… *2023-11-13* I have made apps before and there are a LOT of simple changes you could make to make this far better! Share as: an csv, include the BCs and environmental data in the export. The UI is not very intuitive, save the shot strings to the profile of cartridge that was shot! There are so many little things that could make this far better! And especially since Garmin came out with their chrono! **Developer response:** Thanks for the suggestions! They have been added to our request list. ### 2/5 — Very poor at times *2023-08-02, version 2.0* Whilst I’ve had some good runs with my chrono, over the last few weeks, it’s been very poor and struggles to connect with my IPhone. App and phone are up to date. The issue seems to be Bluetooth dropping in and out. It’s very frustrating. Fingers crossed it’s a phone update away from improving, but I’m not holding my breath. I like the FX Chrono a lot but it’s not reliable for me currently which is a shame. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2023-07-26, version 2.0* Easy to navigate and use. It only allows me to add a new profile with a fixed title, which is the current date. Why can’t I label the title how I want? The app looks like it was designed by an amateur and built with ChatGPT. Truly awful. I expected a lot more. I also expect language choices when I bought this in the UK, I shouldn’t be forced to read the abomination that is American English. I hope FX have a plan to improve this because right now, I’m considering selling the device it pairs with. ### 1/5 — Idiomas *2026-04-03, version 4.1* Solo viene en inglés, a ver si hay actualización y ponen español. ### 1/5 — Used to work – now connects but does not measure *2026-01-25, version 4.0* The FX Pocket Chronograph used to work fine, but is currently no longer usable. The device connects via Bluetooth without any issues, but does not register any shots. Tested on iPhone 16 Pro, iPad mini (fresh installation, first-time pairing) and an Android device – same behavior on all platforms: connected, but no readings. Reinstalled the app, re-paired the device, checked firmware – no improvement. Since this happens across multiple operating systems, a hardware defect is very unlikely. This strongly points to an app or firmware bug. Merci sinon le concurrent garmin verra un nouvel acquéreur. ### 1/5 — Mk11 pocket radar *2025-06-08, version 3.6* I bought this radar just before lockdown, I tried back then for a few weeks to get it to connect with no joy, so I put it back in its box as I was moving home, i unpacked it 2 weeks ago to try it again, I finally got it to connect, maybe it was down to the latest firmware update, I’ve tried multiple shots down range after putting my profile details in and still have had a single reading from it, I’m half a ton of pellets down and still no clue to what the power of my gun is. ### 1/5 — Langage *2025-03-15, version 3.5* Pas de langue française . All the good ones are years old, all the bad ones are recent! Was working really well up to about 6 months ago, and then they had to change it again and now it’s next to useless! Without this app the chrono’s worthless. Do FX read this stuff, if so, FIX IT. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Application perfectible *2026-03-17, version 4.1* L’appli n’est pas si mal mais comporte un bug gênant au niveau du calcul de l’énergie en joules. Lors de la mesure au stand le calcul se fait correctement et la valeur juste s’affiche sur le radar et sur l’appli. Mais dès lors qu’on enregistre la session en démarrant un nouveau string, les valeurs d’énergie deviennent n’importe quoi (on passe de 3000 joules mesurés à 700 sans possibilité de modification). J’ai refait des profils sur certaines armes en paramétrant le bon poids de projectile mais ça ne fonctionne pas. J’ai également tenté de paramétrer le poids de balle directement via l’appli et d’envoyer la config au radar mais idem. Même en paramétrant le radar en manuel, le bug persiste. Je n’avais pas le problème sur les anciennes versions de l’appli et du firmware du radar. Pouvez-vous faire en sorte que les valeurs soient à nouveau enregistrées de façon juste ? Édit du 17/03/2026 : J’ai tenté de modifier l’unité primaire en mettant l’énergie en 1er et la vitesse en secondaire sur l’appli. Magique, l’énergie calculée est juste (mais ce n’est pas pratique car un ne voit pas la vitesse et il faut afficher les shots pour en avoir le détail. Lorsque je remets les paramètres originaux, le calcul de l’énergie est à nouveau faussé. ### 5/5 — Apple Watch connect *2023-03-07, version 1.9* Just ask you if you can update the app So we can connect Apple Watch to Fx Chrono ### 5/5 — Very good app. Request for developer *2022-12-18, version 1.7* Great application very usefull, but could perfect if - we could configure shoots capacity on the magazine, so the app can be counting until advice for reloading the magazine. - we could configure minimun velocity alert, so app can give us an alert to refill air tank if the speed goes lower than valor configured. For eg when creating a new profile or viewing an existing one, the title field is solid white, despite my phone recognising the characters. I think this may be a result of using Apple’s dark mode to save power. One comment for developers: in the Saves menu you can only read the main unit selected. It would be good to also be able to see at least the second unit. Previous review: (It’s an excellent chronograph, it just needs the rough edges smoothed out on this app to become a 5 star.
