I used to have them and now they are no longer there. The only two things that are keeping it from 5 stars is that, and I think it would be better if once you click "buy" or "sell" the graph doesn't go away but gets smaller so you don't get screwed on a random spike since right now you can't see the graph once you click to "buy" or "sell". ### 2/5 — I like FXCM, but not their mobile app *2016-08-25, version 1.9.7* The app itself isn't designed for larger screen iPhones & has resolution issues. I cannot see any of the top bar where the signal strength/time/battery is. Other trading apps have login via Touch ID which would be nice as well. If they could just optimize the app for iPhone 6/6 Plus, I'd be much happier. Thanks. ### 2/5 — 2 stars for not having a "Buy More" option... *2016-06-25, version 1.9.7* When speed is of upmost importance to get in/out trades, the worst thing to have as part of the user interface is a "Back" button. The programmers of this app should know exactly what I'm talking about. There should be a "Buy More" button across all screens. This includes the Open Positions, Summary, and Closed Positions. All screens and all positions should have a "Buy More" option available. There should be no reason why you have to use a "Back" button to go to the Rates screen to look for the pair and enter a trade. By that time you've probably missed your good entry point opportunity. Therefore, 2 stars. Add the "Buy More" option across all screens, and it's a 5 star app. ### 4/5 — Decent functional app *2016-04-01, version 1.9.4* I occasionally experience a couple minor issues. This mainly means very long-term (only like 200+) emas not loading and positions showing as open even though they've already closed. The latter issue is always resolved by simply restarting the app, and doesn't actually affect your trade. It's unfortunate that so many people have had so many issues with this app, but it has always been very solid for me. I've never experienced issues like charts not loading, etc. ### 2/5 — This is 2015 *2015-11-15, version 1.9.4* No update in almost one year. This platform seems antiquated, but gets the job done with no frills. It desperately needs to be refreshed to accommodate iPhone 6, and to allow notifications. An alert when a trade is opened or closed is the norm nowadays; this app does not inform you when you this happens. The redeeming feature is the ability to set a net stop and TP of multiple trades within a position. PLEASE give us price and trade notifications!! ### 2/5 — Charts won't load *2015-04-08, version 1.9.4* Pretty good setup. Indicators and necessary items as well as news are all there. But the charts have a hard time loading for some reason. Wasn't a issue in the past. ### 3/5 — Needs price alerts! But it's needs updated for iOS 8 and iPhone 6 plus. Called FXCM client services, they are telling its problem with my 4G network. AT&T says it's the problem with the app itself. When I contacted FXCM again, they told me that they will resolve the issue in 24 hours. It's already been 3 days. Please get on this! ### 1/5 — Automatically closes trades and can't set p/l targets easily *2016-11-07, version 1.9.7* I downloaded the app and opened a practice trading account because I'm looking to get back into forex and TI no longer offers feed from other brokers. After opening a trade I tried to set my p/l targets and when I went into the trade it closed my position automatically. I repeated this 3 times and got same results. This app is way too limited and generic. I've tried trade interceptor, and would highly recommend it. I'm not sure why fxcm would not produce a better app?? Now every important movement i want to get in a trade the fxcm app stop, and freezes for couple minutes. Why it needs to be that slow is that you guys try to make it slower? You better fix the problem ### 1/5 — Looking for new broker *2015-08-04, version 1.9.4* I've had positions close at a stop or limit and while I was watching the app it showed that the position was still open. This is happened multiple times, and when I called tech support they blamed it on my wifi. This didn't fly with me because at the same time I had two other devices working just fine. I'll be going to a different broker that has a app that actually works. ### 1/5 — The worst mobile trading platform *2015-03-14, version 1.9.4* Very heavy to load every time. Charts almost always not available. Rarely to be able to see a chart. In more of than 50% of login time you don't see your open positions. It says not available now. Half of the other 50% you get every position doubled, I mean if you have 2 open position you see 4 open ones and each 2 are identical. The application shuts down by itself suddenly but not too many times actually happened 3 times only in a month.
