Sync your VIPS calendar into a clean monthly view — trips, TADs, reserve days, vacation, jumpseats, and revisions together — displayed in UTC, your domicile time, or each station's local time, with carry-in and carry-out trips handled automatically. Mirror your month to the calendar on your iPhone or iPad with optional auto-sync on every refresh, or export any month as a shareable file. When bidding opens, pull the bidpack and filter, sort, and rank lines the way you actually think about them, move lines between buckets, model VTO, and even see how much of each line's flying happens in daylight so you can bid by sunlight hours — then submit straight through to VIPS. Vacation tools let you slide, expand, and extend against real CBA rules with live conflict detection and credit math for both normal and reserve lines, and the pay calculator breaks it down trip by trip — guarantee, TAFB, credit hours, per diem, and ULR/international overrides — alongside a full monthly estimate. All of it sits on top of the operational airport guide that started FXFlyer: airport data and enroute frequencies with automatic loading and updates, oceanic SATCOM codes, EFA tables, and the reengineered Flight Level Allocation Scheme view, with change bars flagging the latest updates and a one-touch light/dark toggle. A small number of pilots were being connected to the wrong server, which could show an empty account or ask them to sign in again for no reason. Sign-in now routes correctly every time — including after deleting and reinstalling the app, which was the case most often affected. Pay Calculator. Several real corrections here. Pilots at fifteen completed years could crash the pay calculation outright; that's fixed. Your longevity step now moves on the first of your hire month, the way FedEx actually applies it — previously you were shown one rate step low for part of your hire month every year. The Pay Calculator tab and the per-trip pay popup could also disagree about your hourly rate; they now use the same anchoring and always match. TAD (training) pay. Training no longer shows a Trip Rig badge — the underlying data flags TADs as trip rig, but training doesn't pay that way, so the badge was simply wrong. TAD credit and dollars now come from the same engine the Pay Calculations sheet and the section header use, so your monthly total, the sheet and the header agree instead of each computing it separately. Domestic per diem is now included on TADs, and the GPE pay matrix no longer appears on training pairings where it doesn't apply. The pay-detail header reads Pay Disruptions unless there's an actual GPE row, rather than always naming GPE. Calendar sync. When FedEx's servers return an error on a single trip, only the affected month is retried instead of every month you selected, and everything that did download is kept. The sync report also names the exact trip and the exact error, so a failure can be chased down instead of guessed at. Domestic legs no longer show empty pages. Flying between two airports with no briefing guide — most domestic city pairs — used to leave blank departure and arrival sections, sometimes still showing the last airport you'd looked at. Now nothing loads and you stay on the clean home screen with FLAS available. If only one of the two airports has a guide, just that airport loads. Flight plan. The OPS tab now follows your leg from pushback to the gate, and the airplane symbol on the info bar changes with it — takeoff, landed, then a gate symbol once you're parked. Once you've been stopped at the stand for ten minutes it asks whether to load your next leg, based on where you actually are rather than the scheduled arrival, so it still asks at the right moment when you're late or you get a shortcut. Switching to another app and coming back now loads the leg you're actually flying instead of the one you just finished. And accepting the next-leg prompt properly loads it and brings your departure countdown back. ### 2.0.15 — 2026-08-14 Critical SIGNING IN — REBUILT If you were ever locked out, left on a spinning sign-in screen, or thrown back to the login page after you'd already passed two-factor, that is fixed. • Two-factor now stays alive the whole way through. • A slow or unreachable connection no longer looks like a failed login. The app waits for a route instead of refusing to try. • A subscription check that can't reach our server no longer downgrades you. Ace stays Ace. • Password reset signs you straight in instead of returning you to the login screen. • "I can't log out" is fixed. • Two crashes fixed — one at launch, one on a fresh install. CALENDAR SYNC — FASTER, AND HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT FOUND • Pick three months, sync three months. It no longer quietly pulls the months on either side. • Nothing found is no longer reported as a failure. No trips, no vacation, no jumpseats, no block display for a secondary-line holder — those are empty months, not errors, and you'll stop seeing warnings about them. • One month with no awarded line no longer drags down the whole sync. • A slow VIPS response no longer hangs up mid-sync. • The frozen screen some of you hit after a sync finished is fixed. • Carry-over days at the top and bottom of the grid now show everything that belongs there — jumpseats, sick, release, training, non-quals — not just trips and vacation. • Jumpseat cards show each end in its own city's local time, with show time an hour before departure. BIDDING — DRAG AND DROP FIXED The bidding table has been rebuilt from the ground up. • Dragging lines between OG, FC, Del and Submit works, every time. • Dragging a line that has a vacation on it works. That was the big one. • Rows no longer jump or resize underneath you mid-drag. • Submit lines are no longer lost. • Scrolling over a vacation bar scrolls, instead of opening trip detail. FLIGHT PLAN AUTO-LOAD — NEW, ACE OPS can now load the flight plan for the leg you're about to fly, on its own. • It never changes a loaded plan without asking first — the one exception is when your calendar shows you're between trips. • An airborne marker replaces the old GPS label, and the countdown stops at pushback. • MAN 1 / MAN 2, an offset badge, and EFA aid derivation. • FLAS: tap a row to set your altitude. Calendar Sync — Faster & More Reliable - Reworked how your schedule is pulled from VIPS so syncs are quicker and far less likely to time out — especially on cellular. - One hiccup no longer sinks the whole sync. If a single trip or a single month has trouble, everything else still comes through. - Clearer results: when part of your data genuinely isn't available yet, you'll now see "Partial Sync Completed" with a plain-English reason instead of a generic failure. Fewer False Alarms - Pay data (BLG and pay summaries) that FedEx didn't add to VIPS until April 2026 is now skipped cleanly for earlier months — no wasted waiting and no false "failed" message; the app simply tells you why it isn't there. - Next month's schedule that hasn't been released yet (before secondary-line award) is noted, not flagged as an error. - Next year's vacation, which is awarded month-by-month, no longer shows a false failure — you keep the days you have and more appear as they're awarded. ### 2.0.7 — 2026-07-24 This update focuses on making calendar sync more dependable and easier to troubleshoot. If a calendar sync ever fails, the app now keeps a detailed behind-the-scenes record and lets you submit it with a single tap, so we can pinpoint what went wrong and get you back on schedule faster.
