No confirmation was sent out after an order… that’s fine so I gave it a couple of days. Finally it just showed up - all the wrong sizes though. If you order an 11x14 - the actual piece of paper is 11x14 but the artwork was smaller than that. They failed to mention that in any description anywhere. This is simply not how art measurements work. We bought all new frames, waited a long time for them to arrive, only to be very disappointed. They do not have a phone number for customer service - only a text message option. Good luck though, because nobody is ever manning it. I’ve gotten the same scripted “we’ll email you in 48 hours” response several times now.
