One suggestion I would like to make is to add a Quick Trade option in the mobile app. This feature will help traders place orders faster, especially during volatile market movements, and improve the overall trading experience. Please add the same Also I would suggest you give an option for adding notes under each stock in watchlist so we can add Notes and keep for the stocks which we are tracking **Developer response:** Hi! Your suggestion about adding notes under each stock in the watchlist is duly noted — we’ll highlight this to our concerned team for future enhancements. ### 2/5 — Not so good update/ UI *2025-09-21* This new update is super annoying for me as a trader. 1. Whenever i trading intraday. It 7 out 10 times it doesn’t let me know how much margin i have available and how much margin i am employing to place a trade. 2. I have to mannually calculate the number of quantity to buy since there is no option for buying number of lots which make me lose my entry in the trade. (F&O) 3. Scripts doesn’t add on the watchlist in one tap may be due to the size of add/save button. 4. The placement of green bar stating the script is added to the watchlist should not be over seach bar. **Developer response:** Hi Aditya, Our new app is designed keeping traders and investors in mind and it caters all your needs. Once you click on the buy button at order window after selecting the stock it shows the margin required above the add funds button. You can add the script to watchlist just by tapping on + next to price. If you have any further queries you can reach out to us at support@fyers.in our team will be able to assist you further. ### 3/5 — Need improvement in landscape mode for iPad *2025-02-27* App is a good one especially for its integration of charts and trading via TradingView. The main issue here is while using the app in landscape mode for iPad. It doesn’t show the position on the bottom side and also back option to go to app home while using the charts doesn’t work. I guess it’s some glitch with the landscape mode. Post issue resolution I might think of giving better star rating. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback. This will make it easy for analysis and trading from mobile ### 3/5 — In journal section , P&L is showing only profits and losses without transaction charges . *2024-08-11* In journal section in portfolio , there should be complete information what is the profit and how much transactions cost and charges are deducted , only profits and losses in trades is given there so it’s not good for investors , there should be clear data given without transaction cost profits and losses and with transactions cost and charges profits and losses , right now there is unnecessary time wasting to calculate. Like in Dhan and other apps they shows clearly how much is transaction cost and charges is deducted. So a clear view is given to the investors. So investors clear in mind and take decisions wisely. All i see is a blank white screen upon starting the app and it freezes!!! ### 1/5 — Worst among all brokerage apps *2026-02-01* No proper customer care support. You will have to wait more than 24hrs even for something urgent. Doesn’t support in app OFS subscription within the app. IPO cannot be applied for payment reasons. Automatically takes PhonePe upi and then doesn’t send collect request. Netbanking doesn’t work. They know these are the prevailing issues yet lethargic to fix them. I’ve raised more than 9 tickets within a month. Do not opt for this brokerage service. It’s a total waste of time and loss of opportunity ### 1/5 — Another Update, Yet the UI Issue Remains Unfixed *2024-10-26* It’s disappointing to see another update without addressing the persistent UI issue. Scrolling through the reviews, it’s clear that many users face the same frustration: the app consistently freezes on a chart in landscape mode, forcing users to switch to portrait mode to continue. It’s frustrating that the development team seems to be ignoring this recurring feedback while still pushing out updates. There are many more good options but app interface makes it difficult to use. Really you need to improve a lot. Look at the Top apps in your category and see how user friendly interface is. If you want to charge reasonable one time amount then also fine but improve interface. Above review is before brokerage charges updates , now I feel like I will stop trading using fyers and switch back to top two apps in india, sorry to say but thanks and bye. ### 1/5 — Withdrawal not received *2024-08-30* I had placed a withdrawal request on 28th august 3:30 pm but it was cancelled on 29th august and 10:00 am without giving any reason and then when I placed withdrawal request again on 29th august 10:30am and now its 12:30pm on 30th august, in the app its showing withdrawal successful but I have still not received money in my bank account. I have used many apps but fyers have the worst withdrawal process when it is about deducting charges you deduct them immediately and when its about giving out money back you take 3-4 days and also these is no option of talking to executive for support. When I complained about the same you people said it will take time till 12:00 am because you did it through NEFT/RTGS but it is still not showing in my account. Where as it is showing successful in the app. While you people take our money it is very fast through UPI but while returning why it takes so much time ? Today being a second Saturday and tomorrow being a Sunday. I feel it will take at least Monday for me to enquiry about my money in the bank. This process seams so lengthy and mean. Not expected this fyers. I thought your platform was better than Groww or Zerodha but sadly they might have technical issues but deposit and withdrawal is spontaneous without having any requirement to visit banks unnecessarily. Even if you close your trade, you can find it still open after sometime. I dunno why there is an exit all button if it doesn’t even work properly. This thing happened to me thrice in a day where i used the button to exit my trades and i closed the appln, but after sometime the trades were still in running. And with 6K profit i was in 3K loss. I reached out to the customer care and didn’t get any fruitful outcome. Very disappointed with this thing. I have to manually go on the holding you want to sell, authorise the holding again and press Sell. Until now I haven’t received any constructive response from Fyers. Second issue is I don’t get any notifications from the app, not even if my GTT sell orders are rejected. The app shows notifications only when opened. This will help immensely in analysing charts. Best thing of fyres is that developers listen to us users. By bringing the notification price alert triggers they have made my tracking easier. Please provide Notes/Comments update feature on any instrument like click on instrument.. select notes or comments.. user keep notes like buy and sell levels.. so that it’s easy to track.. Also please provide drag and drop buy and sell levels on chart. Like keep buy and sell buttons on the ribbon. User can click on it and drag on to chart price level. This facility is not there in your platform. In your platform, for each holding , we have to do authorisation from CDSL to sell but it should be like only one authorisation per day for complete holding.
