Please note: this app's interface and voice guidance are in Japanese only. There is no English inside the app. A few minutes a day in front of the mirror, easing your face and neck. A quiet self-care app made to help you keep doing just that. Nothing to memorize. A recorded voice guide walks you through 13 movements one at a time, and a timer counts the seconds. And so you never wonder what to do today, a seven-day course hands you one thing only. ■ Follow the voice, and move your hands ・Thirteen movements: rolling the earlobes, easing the temples and jaw muscles, easing along the jawline, stretching and stroking the neck, easing the inner brow, tracing the lower teeth and upper lip, and more ・An illustration animates for each one: where to place your fingers, and how to move them ・The timer counts the seconds, so you never count or remember what comes next ・Quiet background music plays during a session. All sound can be turned off ■ Five routines. Choose the one that suits you today ・Face Basics (フェイスほぐし ベーシック) — about 4 min, 7 steps ・Face Full (フェイスほぐし フル) — about 6 min, 12 steps ・Evening Wind-Down (夜のリラックスほぐし) — about 3 min, 7 steps ・Mouth and Smile Lines (口元・ほうれい線ケア) — about 1 min, 2 steps ・Scalp and Eye Area (頭皮・目元リフレッシュ) — about 2 min, 3 steps Three short questions at first launch reorder the routines to match the areas you care about. Your answers stay on your device. ■ A seven-day course: 月が満ちる (The Moon Grows Full) One theme a day. Over seven days you meet the whole set. Day 1 — Meeting the feeling of letting go Day 2 — Slowly, from the neck Day 3 — Softening around the mouth Day 4 — A lighter feeling around the eyes Day 5 — Stroking down along the jawline Day 6 — Slowly, with your breath Day 7 — The day it fills: everything, start to finish The moon on the home screen fills a little more with each day you finish. ■ The days you keep stay with you ・Every finished session is recorded, and your run of days is shown ・Choose morning or evening for a quiet reminder (or turn reminders off) ・If you miss a day, nothing scolds you. You simply start again today ■ No account required ・No sign-in. No fields for your name, email address, or date of birth ・No camera and no photos. Your face is never captured or sent anywhere ・No advertising. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs ・Records, course progress, and survey answers are stored only on your device ■ Free of charge ・The routine Face Basics ・Days 1 through 3 of the seven-day course ・Daily reminders, session records, and your run of days ■ Premium (auto-renewable subscription) ・The other four routines ・Days 4 through 7 of the seven-day course Annual plan — $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial Monthly plan — $2.99 per month (US pricing; prices vary by region.
