Ich habe mich für Fürst entschieden, weil dort angeblich Bargeldeinzahlungen am Postbank Schalter und am Schalter der Deutschen Bank möglich sind und die Kontoeröffnung online innerhalb von 10 Minuten vollzogen sein sollte. Sechs Wochen nach Eröffnung kann ich immer noch kein Geld einzahlen. Am Postbank Schalter kann man mit dieser Bank nichts anfangen. Obwohl ganz klar Postbank auf der Karte steht, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Postbank damit nichts zu tun hat. Es steht eine Hotline Nummer auf der Karte. Diese habe ich angerufen. Auch dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mit dieser Bank nichts anfangen kann beziehungsweise den Support für diese Bank nicht unterstützt. Da auf allen Schreiben groß und dick Deutsche Bank steht, bin ich nun noch einmal zur Deutschen Bank gelaufen das gleiche Spiel dort. Keiner kann mit dieser Bank etwas anfangen, ein Support ist nicht vorhanden und über den Chat kommt man nicht wirklich weiter, weil jede Antwort circa 5 Minuten dauert und noch circa 12 Minuten der Chat abgebrochen wird. Geld einzahlen am Schalter und am Automat war bisher nicht möglich, außer viel Rennerei und nervigen Kontakt versuchen. Eines nicht vorhandenen Support konnte ich das Konto bisher noch nicht nutzen. Ich bekomme einfach kein Bargeld auf das Konto lediglich über den Einzelhandel bis 999 €, mit 1,5 Prozent Gebühr. Da hätte ich tatsächlich auch eine andere Internetbank nutzen können, die wesentlich intuitiver in der Appführung funktioniert und wirklich schnell zu eröffnen ist und professionell funktioniert. Das ist ein einziges Desaster. Sechs Wochen nach Kontoeröffnung stapelt sich bei mir das Bargeld. Ich habe jetzt die zweite Karte zugesendet bekommen, funktioniert es auch nicht, weil es leider wieder angeblich die falsche Karte ist. Ich weiß nicht, warum diese Bank so gut bewertet ist. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Möglichkeit, die PIN der Karten eigenständig ändern zu können. Es dauert ein Jahrhundert bis die Aktivierungsbriefe kommen und dann beginnt die nächste Welle mit BestSign. Grundsätzlich funktioniert die App ja aber absolute Basisfunktionen fehlen. Man wird z. B. nicht benachrichtigt wenn Zahlungen eingehen. Es fehlen dafür schlichtweg Einstellungen und Funktionen. Außerdem würde ich es gut finden wenn man die Startseite so anpassen könnte dass man sofort die Kontoaktivitäten sieht statt dem Saldo. Komisch: um Apple Pay einzurichten, muss man sich kurz die Postbank App installieren und dort den Vorgang abschließen. Danach kann man die Postbank App allerdings auch wieder deinstallieren. Alternativ kann man alles direkt über die Postbank App erledigen, dann kann man die FYRST App deinstallieren.
