- **Body-Aware Scoring** — FITS now rates every item on three axes: **Fit** (flatters your body), **Versatility** (mixes with your closet), and **Mileage** (actually worn). Items are classified into five tiers: Star, Go-to, Hidden Gem, Situational, and Reconsider. Scores surface ambiently across existing screens — no new tab needed.

- **Body Profile Builder** — Shape a live parametric avatar with sliders for shoulders, bust, waist, hips, height, and leg length. Quick-start presets (Hourglass, Pear, Rectangle, Inverted Triangle, Apple) get you going in seconds. A shape-confirmation step ensures accuracy before scoring begins.

- **Photo Body Estimation (P3)** — Tap "Scan with a photo" to let AI estimate your shape from a selfie. The image is analyzed in memory and never stored. Sliders pre-fill so you can fine-tune and confirm.

- **Undertone & Colour Scoring** — Select your skin undertone (warm, cool, neutral) with an optional jewelry/vein quiz if you're unsure. Items are now scored on colour harmony with your personal palette and contrast level.

- **Texture & Drape Fit** — Build selection (petite, average, athletic, curvy, plus) feeds into texture and drape scoring. Structured fabrics, flowy drapes, and pattern scales are now evaluated against your frame.

- **"Should I Buy It?" Purchase Guide** — Describe an item you're considering and get an instant verdict: Strong Buy, Statement Piece, Versatile Workhorse, Mid-tier, or Pass. Includes Fit and Versatility scores, rationale, and a dupe check against your existing closet. Color swatch preview included.

- **Smart Declutter** — Declutter recommendations now use the Reconsider tier instead of naive "unworn 90 days" logic. Stars and Hidden Gems are protected from declutter suggestions.

- **Score-Weighted Suggestions** — AI outfit suggestions now favor Stars and Go-tos, resurface Hidden Gems, and demote Reconsider items. The body profile is the missing input that makes the AI stylist personal.

- **Trip Capsule Ranking** — The trip packing picker is now sorted by Versatility + Fit score. Tier badges appear on each item so you can pack the pieces that earn their place.

- **Feedback & Calibration Loop** — Every score is a correctable hypothesis. Agree or disagree with any Fit score, and corrections feed back into per-item and per-attribute calibration. Implicit signals (loved looks, outfit logs, repeated pairings) also raise scores automatically.

- **Analytics by Tier** — Wardrobe composition by tier, cost-per-wear per tier, and a declutter CTA for Reconsider items.

- **Onboarding Finale** — Redesigned scattered garment layout matching the design spec: 7 garment silhouettes with drop-shadow, no card backgrounds, proper positioning per the design handoff.
