De app is gratis te gebruiken en eenvoudig in gebruik. Behoud je gezonde leefstijl en blijf gemotiveerd met de FysioTotaal app! Wij helpen je graag op weg.

Met de FysioTotaal app kun je:

	Je thuisoefeningen bekijken
	Zelf je sporttijden inplannen
	Je sportactiviteiten bijhouden
	Doelen stellen en je voortgang bijhouden
