All UI need to be removed from photos/videos. They interfere heavily with the experience, so that I’m not going to use the app any longer.

One thing I noticed is that when I select a photo it does not open up my full library and I cannot choose spatial photos so I have to search for the ones that are spatial, which is very inconvenient

**Developer response:** Thank you for leaving us a message. Yes, it is indeed not feasible to filter out spatial content at this time. We need to explain two things here. 


First, filtering out spatial content would require access to all of the user's photos and videos and displaying only the spatial content, which from a privacy perspective, accessing all of the user's photos and videos is unreasonable. In fact, as developers, we cannot access user content unless the user selects it (from a privacy standpoint, the operating system will only hand over the selected content to developers). Therefore, we are unable to implement the operation of filtering out spatial content. 

Second, we have also discussed with Apple's engineers the possibility of adding filtering for spatial content at the operating system level, similar to other types of media. However, because spatial content is too new, the operating system is currently unable to provide this functionality to developers. This feature will be available in the future. Therefore, we are currently unable to offer the operation to filter spatial content.

### 4/5 — Does not recognize spatial videos

When uploading a spatial video, this app only recognizes spatial video shot by AVP or iPhone, but not spatial videos converted by Spatial Media Toolkit. While other spatial video sharing apps works with both. Can this problem be fixed?

**Developer response:** Thank you for leaving us a message. We initially thought the converted video was not of high quality, so we disabled converted videos. We will support the converted spatial videos in the next week. In addition, a fully customized simpler and more powerful player will be provided.
