Unless you subscribe, you are just using a fight card browser with a few banner ads; no point. **Developer response:** Hi there. This is actually incorrect. You absolutely have access to our core fight widgets on the free version without paying anything! The optional PRO subscription exists specifically to unlock our most advanced features like real time Live Activities and Premium Widgets featuring high quality fighter images. Running these advanced iOS features requires continuous server updates, rapid data syncing, and significant infrastructure costs. That is why they are part of the PRO tier. Thanks for giving it a try ### 2/5 — So much potential *2026-07-11* Just downloaded this app and don’t mind the subscription fee it’s not a problem with me, but I do have issues with no stats for fights, no fight odds, no fighter cards showing their last fight results, hopefully that and more widget options such as live update ones, would make this a must have app for mma fans **Developer response:** Hi there. It was a really cool concept and with me being a ufc fan, it was even more interesting. The app itself is pretty cool, giving you the current rankings and other tiny stuff. But what I was really interested in was the widgets and unfortunately they were Locked behind a paywall. I really wish it wasn’t like every other widget app where all the nice widgets have to be paid for. I do understand the creators need to be paid, but on the other hand, why would I pay for something, when I can easily just look it up. Overall the app has a TON of potential and I really like the concept a lot. I just wish there was a way to get more without having to pay for it. ### 3/5 — Hard to Justify the Subscription *2026-07-17* The app does provide a widget, so it does what it advertises. However, I don’t think the premium subscription is worth it just to unlock the “high-quality fighter widget.” Most of the information can already be found for free with a quick Google search. My biggest complaint is it shows the times for the preliminary card when I’m only interested in the main card. That alone makes the app less convenient than it could be. If it showed times for main cards and if premium offered more value, I’d rate it higher. **Developer response:** Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We include the preliminary card times because our goal is to cover the entire event from the very first bell, ensuring fans never miss a single fight. Regarding the PRO version, it unlocks much more than just high-quality images. The main benefit is our Live Activity feature, which tracks the entire event in real time directly on your Lock Screen so you don't have to keep opening the app. We are also constantly improving Fyte. Our latest update just introduced complete Real-Time Stats as the action unfolds. We hope you check out these new features and reconsider your rating! ### 4/5 — Great App But… *2026-05-09* Its awesome and super convenient but the one problem I have is that if you are using Tinted mode or Liquid Glass on iphone for the app Icons the Fighters don’t show up and just match the system color and you cant see the fighters in the Widget. If there is a way to change it so they show up that would be great because otherwise all my other apps can’t be transparent for only one widget app if I want to see it properly that I paid for! **Developer response:** Hey there! Fyte makes clean real time widgets for fights, rankings, and highlights straight on the home screen. Fyte also has many MMA news sources, it’s great that they have no crashes and fast updates. I would also love seeing it evolve into a social hub for discussing after fights or during. One big problem is that it’s not being advertised properly. This should definitely be advertised on TikTok, Instagram or any social media, It NEEDS to be main streamed.
