Really disappointed *2026-08-21* I have been a customer of Fytoo for a few years. Have been so impressed…until today. I bought three pairs of eyeglasses, they arrived today. All three were literally stuffed into a tiny box. Two of the three pair were badly bent upon arrival due to this. I emailed support and shared my concern and received this reply, cut and paste d from the actual reply email:”There is a slight bend in the bridge of your FT0968-02 glasses. You can apply a warm towel to the bridge area and then gently bend it inwards with both hands, but please take care not to touch the lenses to avoid damaging the lens coating. For the FT1663-02 glasses, please send a photo of yourself wearing them. We have included a small screwdriver with your order; you could try adjusting the temples of the FT1663-02 yourself first.” So YOU make the mistake…and your response is that I have to fix it? Really pathetic.. ### 5/5 — Cute Frames, Accurate Prescription *2026-07-26* I was a little skeptical because I found the company through TikTok ads. But the frames were cute, and there are plenty of online eyewear companies these days, so I decided to give them a try. I placed my order on July 19, and they arrived in my mailbox on July 25, which was faster than I expected. I ordered the Calloway frames with my prescription. The frames fit my face, the prescription seems accurate. A note on Calloway frames (clear frame, brown/wood like arms) the arms do seem hollow so be mindful. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and will be ordering more. ### 1/5 — Horrible don’t buy here if you want usable prescription frames *2026-05-07* Very frustrating experience with this company the glasses I received were much larger than what they were listed, and the customer service was horrible about and ultimately I had to go to my bank to get restitution. They would not honor their policy. You have to wait an excessively long time—months—for your prescription glasses to arrive, only for them to show up with an incorrect prescription. When you try to contact them, they fail to provide a clear explanation of how they intend to resolve the issue; you leave voicemails at the company number, but they never call you back. You send emails, but you only receive one reply per day—and even then, the response is never clear. This is the worst company imaginable 😔; I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. The seller then asked me to close the dispute before providing shipping proof, which I declined. PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification. Delays happen during the holidays, but basic order acknowledgment, visibility, and communication are essential. After this is done check carefully and see this little statement: "For styling purposes only. Not Sizing." The company is not kidding. The pair previewed looked great. Ordered them and they were not even close. They were GIGANTIC and not what was expected.
