## What is FZI?

Welcome to the future of mobility!
The autonomous FZI shuttles will now take you barrier-free to your destination in the district Weiherfeld-Dammerstock of Karlsruhe! You can book your ride conveniently and individually via app. The shuttles run on demand - i.e. without a fixed timetable, according to your wishes. There are a total of 30 virtual stops, which the shuttle serves from Friday to Sunday. A ride with the FZI shuttle is free of charge. The shuttle is operated by Verkehrsbetriebe Karlsruhe.
What's special about it is that the shuttle runs autonomously, i.e. without a driver. Experience the future of mobility up close, right at your doorstep - that's the FZI Shuttle!
To ride along, you have to book a seat via app.
And this is how it works:
ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS
We'll immediately show you which vehicle can pick you and up to two other people up, when and where.
BOOK YOUR RIDE
Via app we navigate you to a nearby stop where you will be picked up. You can follow live exactly where your vehicle is on its way to you.
RATE YOUR RIDE
Once you arrive at your destination, the shuttle will take you back to a virtual stop near your destination. From there, we'll navigate you to your final destination via app. Finally, you can give us feedback and rate us via the app.
