The interface is easy to navigate and lists relevant information all in one place, including your trip’s itinerary, vouchers and your flights. I just wish the optional activities were broken out for each day. ### 1/5 — Add scrolling in contact-us page. *2026-05-26, version 5.2.7* Another frustrated user! Even w/ my smallest text option, can't get to see the choices before the submit button. 😖 ### 1/5 — App unusable *2026-05-02, version 5.2.7* Missing info about extra accommodation. UI is unusable for scrolling. Try to send a message and can’t scroll down to find a send button ### 3/5 — Doesn’t do much *2026-04-20* This app contains your itinerary and add-ons, and there seems to be a chat room for your trip, but editing any personal info requires another website and the app doesn’t even send emails to G Adventures Customer Service. There’s a form that will pop up an error message. To the UX Designer: When I’m on a trip, the chat is the most important part of this app and it’s annoying to have to click Chat from the nav, then pick the active chat from a list. Also, all the photos shared get deleted within a day without warning. Useful: Make a tab in the chat with all the shared photos that persists. ### 2/5 — Packing list doesn’t save after you close the app *2026-04-13, version 5.2.7* Bit frustrating when you add quite a few custom items. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2026-03-22, version 5.2.6* Doesn’t matter how many times I change my password on my computer/the website, I get an error when I try and log in on the app. Wanted the app for my trip ### 1/5 — Lame chat *2026-03-18* Forcing customers to use its subpar chat system makes no sense. There’s many many options for widely used chat systems that provide plenty of privacy safeguards. This makes it easier to connect with and share with your fellow travelers both during and after the tour. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-03-04, version 5.2.6* Even after reading all the bad reviews I was still astounded by how poor this app performs. And every time you log on you have to go back to your email to get a code.
