## What is G?

G-Bowl is a training and analysis tool designed to improve driving skills, whether for comfortable driving, circuit racing, or drift driving.
With features that provide audio cues and warning sounds based on G-force intensity, it is also highly effective for professional driver training, including skills testing for bus and taxi drivers.

EASY MODE USAGE INSTRUCTION

This is a simple warning mode that can be used with one button.
Press the [MODE] button at the bottom right of the screen to switch to "Red Card Mode."
Then, just set your smartphone in the holder and press the button to select your car model.
Drive while listening to the G-force strength and try to avoid triggering the warning sound.
This mode is recommended for those who are not good with machines or who want a quick way to train for the second type of certification.


HOW TO USE NORMAL MODE

1.Preparation

  Place your smartphone in the direction of the car's movement (it can be upright for better visibility).
  The most important thing is to choose a location with minimal vibration.
  It is recommended to place it on a stable surface like the floor or center console.
  (The dashboard or smartphone stand is not recommended due to high vibration.)

2.Level Set

  Park the car on a level surface and press the [Calibrate] button to record the level position.

3.Driving & Recording

  Once preparation and level set are complete, press the [Start Driving] button to begin driving.
  After finishing the drive, press the [Stop] button to save the data.

4.Log List

  Press the [Log List] button at the top right of the screen to display a list of saved driving logs.
  You can touch a log to play, share, or delete it.

5.Log Playback

  In the log playback screen, you have options for playback, comparing two data sets, editing, and display options.
  You can touch the graph to play/pause, and pinch/drag to change the scale.

Important: If the graph appears jagged even when driving on a smooth paved road, it means your smartphone is picking up vibrations from the car. Please place your smartphone in a stable location to capture a clean graph.
(You can also adjust the "Noise Filter Level" from the [Settings].)

車を運転している時の加速Gを知りたくて購入しました。数値やグラフ、ボールの動きで加速Gを正確に知ることができ、とても満足しています。

運転時のGを体感だけでなく、視覚的に把握できるので、より丁寧に運転する際の大きな助けになっています。1週間ほどしか使っていませんが、実際に丁寧な運転の上達を実感しています。何気ない車でのお出かけも、以前より楽しくなりました。（もちろん安全第一です！）

競技に携わる人にとっても、運転の仕方が数値やグラフで表示できるので、とても価値のあるアプリになると思います。車の性能向上を数値で確かめられるのも気になっています。

何よりアプリサポートがとてもしっかりしているので、こちらからの要望にも丁寧に対応していただき、とても感謝しています。

今後、こんなことに使ってみたい…というアイディアがどんどん出てきます。使うほどにこのアプリの奥深さを実感します。

大型二種免許（いわゆるバス運転士に必要な免許）の技能検定には、旅客を想定した運転という課題があり、加速や減速、ハンドル操作や変速時に0.2G以下であることが要求されます。 教習時以外でも自家用車で普段から意識づけるため、加速度計を探していたのですが業務用の高価なものしかなく諦めていたところ、バス運転士さんのブログでこれを紹介していて、迷わず購入。 早速利用していますが、走行中は加速度により音階が変わるインドのヘビ使いのような音色と、設定した上限Gで鳴る警告音にびくびくしながら充分に練習の役に立っています。 上限Gの警告音を鳴らさないように走行するには、全神経を集中させ、先読みしなければならないため、本アプリはいっけん走り屋やサーキット走行向けのようなイメージですが、旅客輸送のプロドライバーの練習にも役立ちます。

スコア読み上げと減速レビュー？の音声が出ません（21.06）

ボイス音量は「通知音のボリューム」に連動しますので、iPhoneの設定で「通知音量」をご確認ください。また音量が適正でも、課題から離れた運転は採点対象外（スコア無し）となり読み上げもされません。減速についても完全停車時に明確に良かった場合に（オプションで悪かった場合も）音声で通知しますが「なんともいえない減速」だった場合は何も言いませんので無音となります。

私は北陸に住んでおり昨年・今年と、雪道でのG-Bowlアプリの有効性を実感しています。昨年は圧雪路でも0.3GブレーキをしてもＡＢＳが作動しないブレーキングができた事に感動して。今年は、雪道で路面状況との対話に加え、雪道での周囲の人や車の動きが、先に先に読めるようになった事に感動しています。

 安心して一定Ｇで止まれることやタイヤのグリップを感じ取る感覚が、G-Bowlアプリの練習で研ぎ澄まされたためかもしれません。普段行っているＧを制限した走行を、そのまま雪道でも同じようにすればよいというだけで、心の余裕ができる。その心の余裕のおかげで、自分の車を把握する事に向けていた注意力を、周囲にも向けることができる。

この冬場での運転操作の安心感と周りの車への予測力upは、夏場にG-Bowlアプリを使った練習の成果なのだと、自分ひとり満足しています。これからも、Ｇのコントロールはもとより、旋回中でもアクセルonで横Ｇのコントロールをしていく事や、ヨーレートを早めに立ち上げてコーナー脱出を気持ちよくしていく等、G-Bowlアプリを使って練習していきたいと思います。

今時有料アプリは珍しいけど、これは面白い。

ただ、iPhoneが信じられないほど熱くなるので要改良。
→設定を変更してみます。（まだ試していません）

ログを見る際に地図とボールの同時表示が欲しい。

ドライバー選択画面でOKのボタンが画面外になって押しにくい（ギリギリ押せないことはない）
→対応されていることを確認しました。

デベロッパーの対応が早いのでありがたいです。

「ドライバー選択画面でOKのボタンが画面外になる」問題はVer.4.3.1にて早速修正しましたので、お手数おかけしますが AppStoreから最新版にアップデートお願い致します。

「iPhoneが熱くなる」件に付きましては、もし充電しながらお使いでしたらどうしても発熱が増えますので計測中の同時充電をお控え頂くか、アプリ側で計測中のCPU負荷を減らす方法としましては、設定の[Gグラフ]-[グラフ表示更新頻度]を "1回/秒" にする（データ記録頻度には影響しません）、設定あるいは画面タッチ操作により「軌跡表示をオフ」する等が有効です。

「地図とボールの同時表示」に付きましては将来のバージョンの宿題とさせてください。
今後共G-Bowlアプリをよろしくお願い致します。

【2018年8月16日追記】
大変お待たせしましたが Ver.6.0.0 にて「地図とボールの同時表示」に対応しました。また、バッテリー消費と発熱を抑える「Power Savingモード」を設けました。ぜひ無料アップデートで最新版をお試し下さい。

iPhone 7  iOS 10.3.3 で使用してます

以前は設定が上手く出来なかったのですが
その問題は解決されてました

富士スピードウェイ、もてぎ
でデーターを取ってみました

自車の位置を航空写真と重ねて表示出来るのでとても参考になりました

iPhoneの安いカバーを車輛のフラットなところに強力両面テープで貼り付けて使用しています
この使い方だとグラフのラインが綺麗に表示されてとてもいいです

各サーキット毎の基本グラフとかがあれば参考にしたいです

設定が上手く出来ない場合は一度「設定」画面をタスクマネージャーから終了させると改善します。この現象はG-Bowlアプリではなく、iOS側の問題なのでiOSのアップデートによって改善されたものと思われます。

アプリとしては高い？いや、測定器として考えれば格安です。使い方次第ですけども。使えば上手くなるのではなく、データをみて、悪いところを直していけばスムーズで快適な運転につながります。上手い人の例はネット検索すればでてきます。それと比較してみればいいと思います。最初は何が上手くて何が悪いのかもわからないけども、やってるうちにデータを読み解く力も養われます。

個人的には車好きだけでなく、それ以外の人にも知ってほしい。教習所でも導入されればいいのにって思います。速度よりもGを基準に運転を考えると、自ずと速度の管理もでき、例えば雪道でも、その路面にあわせて0.2Gを超えない運転をすればまず大丈夫。だとかの目安ができ、怖いものがなくなります。（危険であることにはかわりないけど）怖いならそれは速度の出し過ぎだとか、運転に問題あり。そういうこともG-bowlはおしえてくれます。

自分の運転が客観的にわかってしまうので、言い訳やごまかしもできません。自分も最初はそうでしたが、本当は自分の運転を知るのが怖かったです。けど、やっぱり自分の運転に本当の自信をつけたく導入。

「俺には必要ない」
と、強がってみても、それは自分だけが思い込んでるだけかもしれません。そう思ってる人ほど必要なのかもしれません…。
上手い人は「俺の運転ってスゴいだろ」と自慢できると思います（笑）それだけ説得力あるアプリだと思ってます。一度試してみてはいかがでしょうか。

これまで、目指すものがよくわからずにガソリンやタイヤを無駄にしてきましたが、このG-bowlと出会って、目標が出来て、運転がかったるい…なんて思うことがなくなりました。常に楽しんでます。絶対にオススメです。

クルマの運転を教わるのは、意外と難しいものです。でも、このアプリがあれば、自分の運転が一目瞭然です。運転が上達したい方には、夢が実現したようなアプリです。
   とても精度が高いので、これでトレーニングすると、だいたいの運転を正確な運転に近づけることが出来ます。
   特筆すべきは、走り終わってすぐにG変化をグラフで見ることができるところです。自分自身の感覚をキャリブレーション出来ます。反復練習で、実践的にGコントロールを身につけることができるようになるでしょう。
    GPS機能で、どこを走っていたか地図や空撮映像が見れます。後でグラフと照らし合わせることができるので便利です。速度記録も見れます。リアルタイムでブレーキ良否診断やコーナリング点数、オーバーGを音声で教えてくれるなど、役立つ機能が満載です。
   おすすめいたします。

このアプリ非常に高価に思えますが、リアルG-Bowlだとお一人様で走りながら見る事も出来ませんし、そもそもリアル版と比べると非常に安い！
