And have disputed charges in the interim. This company has continued to fraudulently charge me every six months and I’ve had to do chargebacks each time as their support is nonexistent. No. Caveat emptor. My fault. It was that amount for a 6 month subscription plus $229 per month for the medication. After a video call, they send your medication…with such a low dose that I lost 4 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Really? It wasn’t until January with higher doses that I began to lose weight. I wouldn’t mind as much if this app actually worked. At least 95% of the time I couldn’t log in. I never entered my weight or measurements because it never worked. It had great tools, such as tracking your food, water, exercise, etc. IT NEVER WORKED!!! I would occasionally get a message stating that not everyone loses weight every month and it would work soon…the only encouragement I received because again, I wasn’t allowed to EVER enter my progress or anything else, so the app thought I was at my starting weight every month! My 6 month subscription is done, my last month of meds is on the way and I will say good riddance to this awful app with an awful, non-caring company. All they want is your money. As per G-Plans website they have a guarantee that they will refund your membership which I paid 2 months ago. NOPE. I was told every lie they could tell and every reason in the book pulled from some unknown place. They are liars and thieves. Not reputable at all. You can NEVER speak with someone in charge and they give you wrong telephone numbers. Find a honorable company instead.
