The idea that I can have regular check-ins on my health (particularly in mental and emotional health) is a massive help to me. As some one with ADHD, getting regular reads on how I’m doing before I even notice concerns is a godsend. Moreover, it’s quite impossible to delete your account once you sign up. I looked for instructions to delete the account on their website, looked for options in the app and there is literally nothing. It just gave me anxiety, paranoia and made me feel scammed as they now have my data and they can also say that they have one more user.
