You need a process to advise your customers that your server was down on Friday 18 August, rather than your customers scrambling around trying to access why their gates were not operating. Very poor communication on your behalf

Blank screen and not help. Does send pin to my phone to login but then no configuration for device. Tried with another device, still the same. Crappy app with no help.

Would be good if it was either Apple Watch compatible or if you could use Siri to activate a shortcut. I have my phone in my pocket, motorcycle gloves and helmet on, and have to stop and take them off to open gate
