## What is G?

The G-Track is designed specifically for you to access your wellness plan from Dr. G's Weight Loss and Wellness customized for you. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Dr. G's patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Dr. G's provider. Communicate with Dr. G's in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The G-Track app is integrated with the Apple Health app. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the G-Track app, and automatically see those parameters in the app as they appear in your Health app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Dr. G's patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Dr. G's patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Dr. G's uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
