Why did this change?  Where are my confirmation numbers? Too bad you can’t give zero stars.

**Developer response:** We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the new upgraded app. We understand change can be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience.  Rest assured, although the confirmation numbers on the Bill Pay feature are not included on the app, they are still available on the desktop version of your internet banking profile. I highly recommend being a customer at GW Jones Bank. I’ve been a customer for over 35 years and could not be could not be more pleased with the service. The staff are always professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

I love being able to call and actually get someone to speak to.  They are so friendly and the bookkeeping department is so helpful.  I also love coming into the branches and be greeted with a hello.  The girls in the loan department are so special.  They helped me with my loan and were very knowledgeable.  This community bank will always be my number bank!
