I’m glad it’s free. I honestly wish they’d charge money and make it better. I’d gladly pay !!! ### 1/5 — Needs a desperate update *2021-03-22, version 1.6.2* Each camera seems to gray out a lot when trying to view. Literally take about 3-4 mins to show footage, this is very disappointing. Not pleased and this also is a waste to install on my phone if i takes this long. The footage should appear once i open the app. I shouldn’t have to play around with buttons to get the camera footage to load, instead i get a coffee mug icon. I’m not pleased with this application. 👎🏾 ### 1/5 — App Issues *2020-02-19, version 1.6.2* Everything was working GREAT until this last update. Now EVERYONE, all our customers now can’t see their cameras as they have this grey film over each box that intermittently appears. Comes and goes. This has to be fixed. For the last couple of years I have not been able to get camera notifications (ever since I upgraded to IPhone 10 and later IPhone 12). -It seems to be only an issue with Iphone since my brother (who has a Samsung phone) is still able to get notifications from my cameras. Older Review: -The images tend to gray out when I open the image to full screen on my smart phone. This usually does not happen when I view the images as multiple screens. • Also, I hate that when I am reviewing my motion alerts, the system takes my back to the live view screen. Then, I have to navigate back to the menu and to the notifications after each clip. -I would also like to have the capability of changing the order of the cameras remotely. I am able to change the order remotely now; however, when I exit and return to the app, the order has re-set. It could be my WiFi but it seems to work fine other than when using the app. The resolution is set to basic so I know it’s not a bandwidth problem. Not sure how to fix. The app works perfectly. I see there are several low rated reviews however most of them appear to be user configuration issues not actual issues with the application. I appreciate how user friendly the interface is, and love that there are no licensing fees or cost for remote access to the NVR’s. ### 5/5 — Great product *2019-01-29, version 1.5.7* I contacted the company ref a push notification issue. Brad responded immediately. He was able to fix the issue and was helpful. I love the camera system and what it allows me to view when I’m away from home. For example, I have to go to server list every time I open the app to connect to my system. Also, when I click on a notification it states my device is offline even though it’s online. Lastly, would be great if I could save my server list on the home screen instead of having to click on server list to connect.
