Book your taxi in just one click on your smartphone and enjoy priority access to 10,000 taxi drivers, all selected and trained to G7’s service quality standards. 

Booking a G7 taxi – whether for an immediate journey or in advance – to suit your needs has never been easier:

- Launch the app, you are geo-located, tap on "now" to order a G7 where you are, or "later" for a request up to 30 days in advance

L’application fonctionne bien et est intuitive.
Je suggère une modification : une fois la course réservée, proposer ou confirmer la destination. Cela permettrait de l’indiquer en cas d’oubli ou de la modifier en cas d’erreur.

### 1/5 — App complètement dépassée vs UBER ou BOLT

Impossible de modifier ou annuler une commande passée depuis l’app - même si temps d’attente de 20min pour CDG. Seule solution : appeler le service client et 10min d’attente (et pendant ce temps le compteur tourne) 
Conseil: virez vos dev et copiez l’app des concurrents

Application bancal, puisque une fois c’est extraordinaire. Une autre fois pire expérience de ma vie où j’ai déjà failli me faire agresser par un chauffeur. Les voitures mettent environ 15 minutes à arriver, le service n’est pas à la hauteur des espérances et au prix que l’on paye.
Les Chauffeur sont une fois très sympa, et une fois extrêmement désagréable et malpoli.

J’ai fait une course hier soir tard depuis Gare de Lyon a Mon domicile et je souhaitais envoyer à la SNCF un reçu de cette course avec le montant payé. Cette information n’est pas accessible à partir de l’application G7. Ce n’est pas le cas de l’application Uber qui délivre immédiatement un reçu de la course à la fin de cette dernière.

### 5/5 — Gros bug de reservation en Aeroport

Impossible de réserver un g7 a l’avance aux aeroport: suite a la selection de la date et du créneau, un message apparait avec le lieu de rdv (par exemple porte 16), mais le bouton ´valider’ reste grisé 99% du temps, on ne peut aller plus loin. Quand il ne l’est pas l’appli permet d’indiquer son numero de vol mais cela n’arrive quasiment jamais .

Cela intervient en tout cas sur mon iphone 11 pro, peut etre un pb de mise en page / taille d'écran. Pouvez vous résoudre ce bug ?

En tout cas l’appli, sinon tres bien, est inutilisable pour un depart d’aeroport et m’oblige a prendre une autre compagnie de taxi/vtc !

Le choix des addresses de rendez vous à Montparnasse n’est pas clair. Par 2 fois vos chauffeurs ne reçoivent pas la même indication que celle que j’ai sélectionnée sur mon app. 
Porte Océane en tète de train entre quai 15 et 17 face au daily Monop, ne veut pas dire dans la rue blé vaugirard face au daily monop! Votre chauffeur m’attendait dehors et moi à l’intérieur. Et ce n’est pas de sa faute votre apply lui avait indiqué de faire cela et la mienne sur mon téléphone était claire attente en tête dès train à l’intérieur. Lorsqu’on a pu échanger lui et moi, et une fois arrivée dans son véhicule, le compteur avait déjà tourné pour 30 €!!! C’est inadmissible et la personne que j’ai eue au téléphone service client m’a demandé de t’appeler en journée, elle ne pouvait pas prendre ma demande de remboursement de ce temps perdu et facturé !! 
C’est vraiment pas acceptable! Vos chauffeurs ne reçoivent pas la même indication que celle sélectionnées par les clients et ce dont les clients qui payent la perte de temps quand le compteur tourne….

A- The app is buggy and sometimes doesn’t connect to the network. It goes into a loop and ask to call the call center. The the call center suggest to use the app for faster responses. 
-> suggestion 1: please improve the app performance 
-> suggestion 2: if you suggest to call the call center, default to a phone line and message that corresponds to the app failure in the first place. 

B- the app has random waiting times that never Correspond to the reality of wait times. Drivers on the map are not accurate 

C- there is no way to modify an itinerary or add a stop or anything else. It would be ideal to do so to stay on par with other taxi apps that have been offering this for quite some time.
