Hello,

I downloaded this app a long time ago and tried the free trial. After that, I cancelled the subscription because I always check my subscriptions carefully. I work with game top-ups, so I monitor my subscriptions to avoid unexpected charges. I am confident that I had already cancelled the subscription.

Since I no longer used the app, I deleted it a long time ago, more than two months ago.

On March 6, 2026, I added 600 THB to my TrueMoney Wallet and was very surprised to see that 399 THB was charged by this app. I no longer have the app installed and believed the subscription had already been cancelled.

I have already contacted Apple Support, and they confirmed that I used the free trial on January 21, 2026, which was a long time ago, and that I had already cancelled the subscription.

This 399 THB was actually money from my customer for a game top-up, so this unexpected charge has caused me trouble. I kindly ask you to review this charge and please consider helping me with a refund.

C’est totalement inutile le nom de l’app ne correspond pas à ce qu’elle dis. C’est tout sauf un autoclicker sauf si vous payez 10€ par semaines 😂
À perte il y a même trop de pub cet application elle en vaut même pas un peu la peine
