This is a problem because I take a ride share to school and transit home, both are on two very different routes. Also if you select ride share as a recurring trip then you are automatically the driver, again a problem because I don’t drive. Also the rewards are really weird. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review and we're sorry you had problems. Some of the options you mentioned for recording trips are currently available in the app and we'd be glad to show you how to use them. If you have time, please open the app, select "More" → "Contact us" → "Email us" and our support team will show you how to use these additional features. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2020-09-28, version 5.2.0* The app only allows you to record trips as far back as 14 days. You can setup recurring trips, but they stop after a short number of days AND you do not get an alert. So, this app is basically useless. **Developer response:** Sorry you're unhappy with the app. With regards to recurring trips, you can received alerts and reminders to continue having your trips recorded. Go to More -> Messages and enable notifications and we'll alert you. You'll also receive an email reminder. After the last update I’ve been unable to log in either online or on the app. I’ve also been able to reach anyone for assistance. Not necessarily the Apps fault. In my eyes A carpool with just two people keeps a car off the road %50 of the time.
