Can’t get in touch with live personnel, uploaded documents always unacceptable. It’s basically a collection tool you’re expected to pay, and trust without no interaction. The customer service is terrible, and you can never get help. Every attempt to log in is met with a ‘network error’ message. Customer service is nonexistent. And reading other reviews it appears that this app has had technical issues for a while now. Apparently they’re in no rush to fix this application to assist in making child support payments, but they’re quick to suspend a drivers license or put out a warrant for arrest. What a joke. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, but still nothing. I’m glad a pay my child support because it seems that this has been strategically done. We can’t see our case information, and with child support being so corrupt, you never know if they are trying to make you miss court on purpose.
