Does not have the car park that I use (Ipswich railway). Does not even come close to the website. Doesn’t seem updates have been made. DO NOT INSTALL this useless app. Accessing the URL (gaparking.co.uk) on my phone browser gets a domain is for sale, although it works on my laptop. I used to have DD on the NCP website for years, now that’s gone and replaced with Dash (awful experience). Does anyone care at customer services that this is all such a. Ad experience ? ### 1/5 — So bad *2019-11-04, version 1.79* Dash is bad but I can’t even download this one. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work even if registered *2019-09-21, version 1.79* Somehow Greater Anglia managed to come up with something worse than the disaster that was Dash. Although I am registered on the website the app won't let me logon. This has been a shambles since they moved to Dash and has got worse. I’ve registered for an account, downloaded the APP & I can’t login says account details not recognised, this is the same error as DASH Park - please get this fixed all I want to do is pay for parking on an APP instead of having to waste time with a website. Please get it fixed ASAP 👍🏻 ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2019-06-05, version 1.79* Didn’t even recognise the car park I was at, even though it was plastered with their ads and had their location code! ### 1/5 — Completely useless - yet again GA have failed *2019-05-14, version 1.79* After the disastrous incompetence of Dash GA have now managed to introduce an even more useless App. Although I am registered on the GA website the App will not recognise me. It sure not have an option for my station - Manningtree - even though this is an option on the website. Why does GA waste our time with apps which don’t even come close to working. All the reviews for this app are lousy so it’s obvious that GA doesn’t read them - and has complete contempt for its customers. ### 1/5 — Pointless! A waste of a download. *2019-05-09, version 1.79* Ticket machine was out of order. So, using the information written on the huge signage adjacent to the machine, I tried to pay for my ticket. Marks Tey isn’t on the app, the location code does not find it and frankly I’ve just wasted 15 minutes of my life trying to pay for a ticket. This is a service, not a necessity. It’s about time things were made that way. Utterly awful. ### 1/5 — Totally pointless *2019-04-05, version 1.79* Had to download in a rush after finding all payment machines had been covered up. Was promoted to download this app but has hardly any stations listed. You need to download another app called Pay By Phone. Why? Doesn’t link to GA parking website account so you need to register twice. Why? Can’t set up or monitor Autopay on app, have to use web site. Why? So really this app is totally useless! ### 1/5 — Useless! *2020-09-13, version 1.93* Another fail from GA - even worse than DASH - doesn’t link to online account ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2020-02-09, version 1.84* Use your web browser rather than this - at least it recognises your login details. Can’t get past the login screen on the app as it refuses to recognise valid username and password.
